A++ FACILITY, A++ PRICING, A++ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This facility is impressive! New & fresh, incredibly clean, bright & well lit…not at all “warehouse-y.” Large indoor bay for loading/unloading (particularly useful when the heat index reaches 100+ degrees!) – and no dirty doors/exterior structures to brush against so you leave caked with dirt. Freight elevator just steps from the bay, plenty of large moving carts, and clean, smooth floors to zip your items to storage with little effort. PIN code entry AND exit, great security, and motion-sensor lighting so you’re never fumbling for switches or entering a dark building. The facility is kept in tip-top shape; the staff is friendly, professional, and surprisingly eager to lend a quick hand; the manager’s phone number is listed pretty much anywhere you’d imagine a need for after-hours assistance; and to top it off, I was offered a sizable trailer to move my items in…as a courtesy! Had I not learned of Lake Region Storage through a friends recommendation, I would’ve assumed this type of facility to come at a significant premium; but I found myself pleased with their competitive price point and impressed by the value packed into each dollar spent. This is a top-notch facility that leaves you with a “small town/local business” feel for quality. I recommend them to anybody in the greater metro with storage needs because I genuinely appreciate a business that understands the importance of a positive customer experience. An easy A++ all the way around!

*Great for DOCUMENTS, WINE, STUDENTS!!!* I orginally stored here as a college student when I needed a place to keep my stuff for the summer. The first thing I noticed was that the ENTIRE FACILITY IS IMMACULATELY CLEAN--no dirt or grime on the walls, floor, or in the units! They have a great special where you pay 3 months and get the 3rd half off which is PERFECT for over-the-summer storage. With the individual unit alarms and keypads for entry, I felt no reservation about leaving sensitive documents or pricey electronics here, especially because EVERYTHING IS INDOORS AND ITS AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED! Perfect for my wine collection when the heat index was 110F or below 10F. They offered me free use of their trailers to get everything here in one trip too. Moving in AND out took less than half a day, it was great. You can tell its a small business when you walk in the door and youre greeted by someone who is smiling instead of hating their job. They were so friendly and helpful that when I needed storage again, I immediately called them up and they even offered to MATCH ANY COMPETITORS PRICE! (in the area). LRS completely changed my thoughts of storage and I recommend them to everyone with storage needs.

Safe and Secure. Lake Regions Storage really changed my believe about storage facilities. I am in the process of moving my business and needed a space for my stuff for a few months. There are no contracts or time limits. I used the courtesy trailer which saved me money on rental of a vehicle and the heated drive in bay area, complimentary carts and the freight elevators made it way less an effort to move, a new experience for me with moving. The most important thing is that I feel safe when I go to the storage facility and it is sooo clean, I never leave there feeling dusty or dirty and my stuff will stay clean and dry with the climate controlled environment. The lighting is all sensored so I never have to find a switch or worry about turning them off when I leave. The staff is willing to help and always friendly. If you are in transition temporarily or need some permanent safe and secure storage space, consider Lake Regions Storage first, you will feel really good about your decision.

Excellent storage facility! It is impeccably clean and secure and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great and it seems to be one of the cheaper storage locations out there. On top of this, they go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. I rented a U-haul from them for a move. A couple of days after I returned it, I received a notice from U-haul that they were charging me an extra $40 for gas ($10 for 2 gallons of gas and a $30 fee to fill it), even though I had topped off the gas before I returned it. I called the folks at Lakes Region Storage and they said they would look into it. Within less than an hour, they had issued me a full refund on behalf of U-Haul, no questions asked. I highly recommend this storage space. Very impressed with their service.

This facility and the customer service is exceptional! I have never seen another storage facility run this perfectly before. You can tell they take pride in everything they do there to keep the facility impeccable and customer satisfied. It is beyond clean and secured. I have used storage for traveling purposes through out the US for several years. Trust me when I say go nowhere else you will not be disappointed! Very easy access from Hwy 94,and it is all indoor climate controlled storage with a drive in loading dock. Highly recommend Lake region Storage!

Facility like no other! Compared to other facilities I have used in the past this place is by far the best. First off it has a heated loading bay and they supplied me with a enclosed trailer to use for free to get my belongings to the facility. Once I got inside I found the storage facility to be the cleanest I have ever seen! Employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Its heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. Plus the security is state of the art; I can trust my belongings will be safe! I would recommend this storage facility.

These Guys Are GREAT!! Lake Region storage in St. Paul, Mn has the nicest storage facilities in the Twin Cities hands down. The things that sets them apart from their competition to me are things like: a heated enclosed loading dock, state of the art security, low prices, clean facility, and over the top customer service. This will be the last storage facility youll ever have to find. I would recommend anyone looking for storage to use Lake Region Storage on Vandalia Street in St. Paul.

I cannot believe how immaculate this place is! Everything works, no broken parts, the people are friendly, and its so very secure. Im never worried to go there alone. I have some of my moms stuff stored there so I took her there the other day. She referred to it as "Fort Knox". If they had showers, Id consider renting a room there! Big thanks to the owners for running such a wonderful business.

Convenient, Clean & Cost-effective! Lake Region Storage has state-of-the-art security. It is conveniently right at Hwys. 94 and 280. I was able to store all my Craigslist purchases for my new business office while selecting my new office location and having the build out completed. Truly the best feature was the use of the facilitys trailer, plus, it was no extra cost. Id recommend LRS to anyone!

From start to finish it was a great experience at Lake Region Storage. The staff there are very welcoming and helpful. The docking area where you unload all your belongings is heated and enclosed so you dont have to worry about weather ruining your items and the units are pristine, secure and reasonable. They also let you use there trailers for free!

Love it staff is always friendly and are always willing to help when you need help. Always clean never have to ask them to clean the restrooms. I never worry about my stuff that is in my unit weather its other people or rodents Ive rented at many different units and this is by far the best place Ive been at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
