I am posting for a friend of mine who used Big Blue Box. The staff were quite nice when she talked with them over a course of several months. The primary complaint is 1time she requested her pod to be brought down to go through it and put a couple things in it. She gave them the 24 hour notice and when she arrived the pod was still in its holding spot. We had to wait for them to bring it up. The second time she requested her pod she was having movers come to unload the pod and then move her things to her new place. Again she ordered far in advance, called the day before, and we arrived and no pod!! The movers arrived and we were still waiting for the pod. The charges started accruing when the movers arrived. To be honest the manager did apologize and said they would reimburse her for the charges prior to the pod arriving. Now! The pod has been brought down to unload, the moving truck is there waiting, the driver placed the pod at an angle making it impossible for the movers to align the truck to make for a smooth transfer. That was particularly annoying as well as just not thinking. Overall as long as they follow through with the reimbursement the entire process with The Big Blue Box was ok.

We used Big Blue Boxes while building a new home and it couldnt have worked out better, so well in fact that Im taking the time to write this review and express our gratitude. From the very first call (the phone rings once and is answered every time Ive called) to the final pick up everything went incredibly smoothly. We stored our box for over two years and when it arrived everything was in perfect order and not a thing had moved. Obviously this has a lot to do with how well you pack the shipping crate, however it is largely due to the gentle handling of the crates as well. When ours was delivered the driver did an incredible job to gently place the crate down onto the driveway. Every staff interaction weve had from the person answering the phone to the drivers picking up and dropping off the box was professional and handled with attention. We are incredibly happy with the service provided and cant thank everyone at Big Blue Boxes enough!

The staff and delivery person were fantastic. Charlie, the representative who assists us, was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to all of our questions. The pricing is great and the container was exactly as described. We will definitely recommend this company in the future!
