I have had several months of difficulty attempting to pay my bill online. I have had a unit in my name for quite some time, but my daughter was making the payments. My husband had another unit and he closed it, I believe in May 2015. I assumed responsibility to make payments on my unit. When I tried to pay, the information that was presented was incorrect. On August 6th I made several calls to Customer Service and was finally able to make my payment. September 6th was a repeat of not having the information to pay for September. Two more calls to customer service! I thought everything was changed so my payment would be accepted. On September 13th I discovered that my payment had not gone through and I was now owing a late fee as well as the monthly payment. Again I called Customer Service. Kim was unable to assist me because the license number on file was not my number. I found my husbands ID card and with that number Jim was able to determine what had happened. He could not make the necessary changes in the system to correct my records. He suggested I go to the property office and get things straightened out. Thank goodness it was Nancy at the desk! When I arrived she was finishing a complicated arrangement with a young man. She remained "calm, cool, and collected" as he decided to cancel a portion of the transaction. Nancy was very pleasant and kept her wonderful smile during the interchange. Nancy was able to quickly straighten out the records in the system that apply to me and my unit. She is always so very pleasant and friendly that it is a pleasure to visit the office on the days when she is there. Thank you, Nancy! Jerry Langley-Ripka, unit 222

Being a home renter I was given a short notice that my landlord was selling their house- I had to find a storage place rather quickly. I did some quick google searches for storage units and found this location- I really never knew where they were located until I did the google search. I reserved a unit on-line. If I remember correctly I got a follow-up call very soon after I reserved the unit, confirming that they did have a unit available and when was a convenient time for me to come in see if the storage unit would fit my needs. I was greeted by Sonya- she showed me the storage unit that I would be renting- she explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. Accessing the storage area was never a problem- The area was secure and I felt my valuables were safe from the elements and from theft. I would most definitely go back to this location in the future for my storage needs. And I would recommend this location to people who need storage in this area.

Have stored here before, and worked with Nancy. Shes a great help, and runs an efficient operation! I like that the place is clean and orderly. Thank you, Nancy!! And now, about 4 weeks later, Im back with Nancy, renting another container. EXTREMELY helpful...and kind! Takes all the stress out of this part of moving. Thank you again! Am still with the Vad. Hts. P.S. facility. In a couple of weeks, more stuff will be going into storage...and - as usual - Ill be leaning on Nancy and Sonya to help me. Making a move is stressful, and Nancy has gone out of her way to make it as pleasant as is possible. Highly recommend this facility (and Nancy and Sonya) for all storage needs. They even have packing materials to make it easier to move!! jim

My mother recently made a visit to this public storage location, and was very pleased with her experience. The employee that helped her was Sonya. She assisted my mom in buying the boxes and other items she needed for her move, she also carried her boxes to the car, which was wonderful because she couldnt have done it by herself, or she would have had to make many trips. I know my mom was happy with public storage and so am I. Ill definitely return here for all of my moving needs. Once again, such a great experience dealing with some issues we ran in to. Sonya was great and we appreciate her help!

After a couple of weeks I open my storage unit door and there is a THREAT LETTER from somebody who also has a storage unit at this location. Apparently they were blaming me for missing items from their storage unit. The best part is that they went to the management office and asked them for MY PERSONAL INFORMATION and gave it to the crazy person. I then contacted the police and had to deal with all this craziness. Moved out a couple days later. So if you dont want your information given out to random people I would suggest to stay away from this place.

I first found an awesome price to reserve my unit online. When I arrived and realized the size would not meet my needs, Nancy helped me to immediately find yet another great deal for the next size larger. She was so incredibly helpful and cheerful, she made my experience not just painless but very pleasant and enjoyable! She knows her stuff and explained all that I needed to know. Nancy is an absolute treat. When I entered the office, I was greeted with a warm smile and kind words. She explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. You could tell she is the type of person that treats people the way that she would like to be treated. I actually didnt end up needing the space, and she refunded me without any hassles. I would most definitely go back to this location in the future for my storage needs. Nancy is a great asset to this location.

Loved that I could go online to hold a unit so that I could, later the same day, complete the paperwork and move items into the unit. Nancy is a great representative for the company--engaging, efficient and clear in her explanations, and a pleasure to work with. Location is clean, well maintained, with excellent security. I would recommend this Public Storage facility as well as the staff. Top notch.

I have to say I met one of the kindest people I have ever met yesterday at the Vadnais Heights location. We arrived 10 minutes before office closing on a Sunday and we were treated like we arrived at noon. Nancy answered all our questions and got us into a storage unit within minutes. Efficient, helpful and so kind. The unit was clean and dry. I was impressed overall. I recommend this company.
