We had an awful experience renting from this place. We rented for 4 months earlier this year. They were rude from the get-go. When we showed up to try to do business with them, they turned us away and told us to come back the next day because they were too busy (utterly unprofessional). Then whenever we called ahead to schedule appointments in order to access our stored property, they always acted like we were imposing on their time even though our appointments were during their business hours. They were consistently in a bad mood when we visited to access our things and we felt like we had to walk on eggshells on the property though we were fully paying customers. Lastly, do not rent from this place if your intended move-out date or the last day of the month happens to fall on a Sunday. They are closed on Sundays and will not work with you to pro-rate to move out on the 1st. When I made this request explaining that my new lease for the house I intended to rent didnt begin until the 1st which fell on a Monday, I was rudely shut down and told that if I moved out on the first, I would have to pay a full-months rent and further advised I should just move out a week before my new lease started (and store my things where in the interim???!!!) I had to move out on a Saturday and pay 2 additional days/nights of a Uhaul rentail in order to have a place to store my things while I got access to my new place on the 1st. They are not flexible or willing to work with you if you end up in this tricky situation so plan ahead or avoid them.

MPLS Storage is affordable, safe, friendly and reliable. Jarrett and Kristi are smiling professionals who bend over backwards to accommodate their customers. I have never had problems with cars or people blocking my access (or creepy people like Ive encountered at other storage places). Its great to get in and out with no hassle and what feels like VIP treatment - they always have my key waiting upon arrival and ask if there is anything else I need. This is why Im a loyal customer and have been using MPLS Storage for over a decade.

These guys were so helpful when I needed storage. We were really surprised on how expensive it is to store in Minneapolis. By far, MPLS Storage had the lowest rates of all its competitors. They have lots of sized lockers and units, and they helped us get into a much smaller unit than we anticipated helping keep us under budget. The move-in was easy and they were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend MPLS Storage as the right choice for self storage in the Twin Cities!

I would definitely recommend MPLS Storage to anyone in need of storage needs. I needed affordable and secure storage and was able to calm the stress with the helpful and professional individuals that provided this service. I talked/met with three different employees and was treated with respect at all times. There were no strings attached or hidden agendas with dealing with this company. If the need ever comes up again, I know I will be returning here.

MPLS Storage is the best. I dont think you could find more personalized service at any other storage facility. Jarrett and Kristi are always available when I want to access my locker; and when I arrive, theyre ready--keys in hand! The lockers are clean, secure, and available in more sizes than you can imagine. That makes storing at MPLS Storage a great experience, and gives me peace of mind that my stuff is safe and sound!

MPLS storage was a pleasure to work with. We rented a large storage unit there for 18 months and could not have wanted better service. They were outstanding in every aspect from friendliness to billing. The units were clean and secure. Jared was always very helpful when moving stuff in and out too. He offered us water and was even helpful to our movers. The price was right too. Great storage facility!
