as i found out this place was getting in trouble for charging people late fees on days the office was closed that the late fee fell on and come to find out they were paying people to do reviews. i know because i was asked buy cliff who is managing now! i did love this storage place but after having to fight to get a new lock when someone had cut mine and put theirs on, it was my fault. well nope because after calling corporate i received a new lock hours later!! but the rodents in this place are very very bad. all my stuff was chewed through! i dont now how this place is still running..??

Clifford was amazing. Very professional and friendly, he definitely made my experience there very pleasant and easy. He was very helpful in making sure I got what I needed, he even helped me transfer to a bigger unit after I paid for a smaller one and realized that it wasnt big enough. He did not seem irritated with having to fix my mistake he seemed eager to help and eager to please. I just moved to coon rapids and his friendliness and amazing customer service is my first impression of this town and I wont ever forget that.

Ive had a safe, secure, and beneficial experience during the past few months while renting a unit wSSS! The overhead staff are friendly and very helpful. Every time i need a hand, have a question, or need advice. Anthony a intelligent and respectable staff member) here is always willing to assist andor help with all issues. And he keeps the place looking very presentable and clean. Two thumbs up

Anthony has been very professional and friendly. There has been some turnover at this location during the few years that weve rented two storage units here. At first there were a couple issues that SSS handled expertly. The issues were not the fault of Simply Self Storage, but they took ownership of it and resolved it well. I recommend this location and Anthony to anyone needing extra storage.

I have to rave about Tyisha. She was amazing!! The day that I got my storage unit she happened to overhear me talking on the phone and discovered I was homeless and she made a call to her boss and was able to get me a discounted price for that month which helped us tremendously. I was really very impressed by her compassion and her kindness because you dont see enough of that in todays world.

Im very pleased with my storage unit! its a decent price but the staff is why I decided on simply storage. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Ive had a unit there for about 3 months now, I needed a new bulb put in and they helped me move some of my stuff out to reach the light fixture. Im exceptionally pleased with simply storage in coon rapids!

Me and my husband love this place. Good pricing and good location. We were able to get what we wanted and you cant beat the price. Clifford was a huge help. Easy to talk to and listens to any concerns. Very friendly place and Ill definitely be recommending it to friends and family who need a storage. Give Clifford a raise also hes amazing !

When I recently moved out, I was sent a confirmation the next day with a lovely written email from the property manager thanking me for using their service. Although I no longer have a need to store my belongings, I would recommend Simply Self Storage to others.

Customer service ia great for sure. Was originally told rent wouldnt go up for 1 year but they did anyway after 6 months. Some upgrades are in need as the bolt for the doors are connected by shotty wood trim only. Overall moved out because of the price increases.

They hang a radio on the door for you to contact them. Where do they go? Some dark skin guy was working and acted like he owned the place! New rules and signs were put up and this guy was not in the office?? Oh and the prices are too high.

Anthony Wegman is a great and wonderful tenant that is in charge of the Coon Rapids Minnesota location I highly recommend it prices are low for large storages. Ive been with them for almost 6 years wonderful people very genuine and kind!
