This is the first storage company I have rented a unit from. I have had a pleasant experience so far. I started off with a 10x15 unit. The first month I received for free via a promotion, and I simply had to pay the rest of thr current month prorated which came out to roughly a month and a half for around $80 (which included one time admin fee of $20ish and mandatory insurance). After about a month I upgraded to a 10x20 unit. You end up paying a significant amount of money for this size unit, but considering the location, cleanthliness, and nice staff it is worth it in my option. Oh yeah, most days Deb is working. She is very nice and fun to talk to, plus she is very aware and in tune to whats going on so be sure to follow the rules. All in all it serves to be a convenient, resonably priced place to store my things.

Stored a good amount of stuff here for 2 years with no problems whatsoever. I rented a 5x15 unit and pretty much filled it to the max. The unit was clean and well-protected from the elements, and even after two years I didnt find a lot of dust on my things. I recommend buying those moisture-sucking things from the office (I forget what theyre called). Debra who runs the place is friendly and professional, and Ill be going back here for any future storage needs. Highly recommended overall.

Customer service is top notch and Deb the site manager does an excellent job meeting our needs. Debra is on point! She helped me switch units after realizing the one I had reserved was not the size I had imagined and had me in the new unit in less than 5 minutes. The location is central to the entire metro area and is super easy to get to from Highway 100. I love the option to add on 24 hour access and the only bummer is that Im not able to receive mail/deliveries there.

Simply Self Storage in SLP is the best. Debra is fantastic!! Debra is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and is an excellent manager for the site. My movers left the bed rails in the corner of the unit and Deb found them soon after I left and called me and held them for me till I could come back for them. She is a lifesaver!!!

Deb was super nice and helpful with everything. Great location and great rates. I kept my belongings there for over 9 months. I had an outdoor unit with no insolation or heating, and my stuff was just fine when I took it out. They were even kind enough to find some extra pallets I could put boxes and totes on.

Nice place. I only have one issue. I have been renting almost eight years and now paying $217.00. I see your rates for new customers are at $155.00 for same size unit. In my opinion, not a good thing considering those who have long term stays there. I am vacating on the 10th of this month. Thanks
