I wanted to change my contact information because Id moved. I called the office on Wed. May 3, 2017, at 4pm and the receptionist but not Patricia informed me that they could not do it over the telephone, I asked would I be able to change it online, the caller hesitated and but said yes, and stated if I had problems to call back, well the caller mustve known that Id have problems because I did and I called back four times at 403 pm and again at 405, 407, and 409 but no one answered. The problem with public storages online application is it would not allow me to save my information that I had just edited after repeated attempts. I called back again 412 pm and left a message and informed the office that I would continue to call back until I was assisted with my dilemma. I continued to call back because I thought just maybe they were out of the office helping a customer, I did not want to be an A Hole, but I did want to complete my task/business with the moving/change of address situation. I called up until 425 pm still no physical assistance just voice mail. Im Done!

hello, I walked into a public storage in Bloomington on Lyndale. as first time as i am comparing all those storage unit locations since i am new. and i am very impressed at first when i walked in this lady name Patrica use her best in sign language to communication with me and i was impressed because i am actually deaf and she was very friendly to me as i asked few questions and she did way ahead of all my question and helped me alot since i am new to this.. and i had few prices to compare and it was the best prices of all as i compared 4 locations.. she is very nice lady.. i would recommend go to her and ask for Patrica she is very good at listening to your opinions.. I rented yesterday at Public Storage in Bloomington and was helped by sue. She was fantastic! From the time she called me to the time I left I got nothing but excellent customer service. I was originally going to rent at a place where the rent was a little cheaper but because of Sues exquisite personality I decided to come here. I called the office this morning and spoke to Patricia the manager there and let her know what great a job sue did and she told me she really appreciated it and she helped me walk through how to write this review. Im glad she did because I would highly recommend this location to anyone I know because of the friendly staff here! Thanks again Sue and Patricia

I didnt have the same experience that others seem to have here. Perhaps if the Patricia person everyone talks about would have helped me, it would have been better. Overall, I say this place is an absolute joke and scam. The person I worked with was as cold as a person could be, and somehow fee after fee was added to my bill even though I called the national call center the night before to set everything up, and they told me the "final" price which wasnt at all the final price once I arrived at the unit. If you really want to store your stuff here, keep track and document all your interactions so you can call them out on the random fees they add to your bill

Patricia was super friendly and a great representation for the company. The general set up of the building for the inside units is not very efficient; you can only enter through one set of doors on East side of the building, go unlock your unit, prop open another set of doors on the North side of the building, walk back to your car on the East side, drive it around to the North side and then dont forget the convenient cart thats back on the East side through a different set of doors. Best to have two people to tackle the unlocking and driving around to make it faster. Other than that, its great to have the versatile, temp-controlled storage space!

I called this location at 5:55 p.m. and asked if they could please stay late so that I can rent a storage space as I already had my U Haul truck packed up and ready to go, the manager working Patricia said that she would gladly stay late for me. I arrived and she asked what I was storing so that she could pick out a space for me luckily it was on the first floor. I just came today and her and Amber were working and were kind enough to let me plug my phone in in the office to charge while I move stuff in. Very happy so far for picking this storage place.

I moved out about a month ago, I forgot to do a review until I ran into the property manager Patricia at the store. She asked how I was and how my new place was working out. I thought it was very nice that she remembered me and acknowledged me. We caught up for a few minutes and went out separte ways. Top notch customer service at the Bloomington Public Storage! I have recommended it to my friends. One thing I will add is that I wished there was more carts, im older and some things were hard to load. Other than that, great.

I made a reservation for my cousin to rent a storage unit there, Patricia called within minutes (they work faster than Jimmy Johns here) to confirm with me and to make sure I knew everything I needed to bring before we arrived (location and what not). Then we went and were greeted by Amber who gave us a tour of the property and made sure the space worked out for our needs. Patricia and Amber were both very helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend this location to others.

I have been at Public Storage for almost five years and moved lockers almost as many times. Besides the decently reasonable price and always clean facility, the last couple years with Patricia have been exceptionally awesome. She always remembers my husband and I by our names, is always extremely helpful when we come in, and she has a great attitude. Patricia is definitely the reason we havent switched companies or locations.

I had a great experience with Patricia at the Bloomington location. She helped me move in to a larger locker for the same price which really helped me in a tough situation....too much stuff!!! She was so professional and positive about making this work for me. She had me signed up and shifting my storage within minutes. Her positivity made my day!!!!! A truly great customer experience. When I called for pricing, I was NEVER told about the mandatory insurance that is a minimum of 8$ per month. The operator even stated that I would only need to bring 21 dollars plus tax for the first months rent (a special). Also, be sure to bring your own padlock when you get your space. They told me that it was NOT okay to bring my own padlock after business hours as I planned on.
