I am very happy that I came across Extra Space Storage in St. Louis Park, MN. It is clean, easy access, (I like that you can drive into the store with your car or small truck and get out of the rain or snow in the winter to unload or load). My wife and I were looking for a convenient (to our new residence), and nice storage place, since we are moving and the other storage place that we were renting was far and a little unsecured, we found this one (I am glad that we found it) and to my surprise even has climate controlled temperature included (nice design), which was not offered in the other storage that we had, and it is at a lower cost. Chuck the customer service representative was very nice and very helpful, we arrived with a loaded truck on a weekend that everybody was moving in and out and right away he manage to get us to the loading dock to unload our stuff, and on the day of signing the lease he was professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a nice storage place at a reasonable price.

1. Most of these reviews are written before even using this business. They pressure you to write your review immediately after signing up. Sorry, but you dont have the full experience of any service before you even start using it. 2. Broken doors..always...all the time. If its not a back door that can barely open, than it is a giant garage door with broken glass that is out of commission. This door was unusable for at least a few weeks. This is a big deal when you only have 3 total doors to use for this big of a facility. 3. My card information was read out loud by reception. I did not appreciate this since my credit card information could have been heard by anyone in the same room as him.

Our student at the University of Minnesota needed storage and the place we used last year didnt have the size we needed (5x3). So I called Extra Space Storage and couldnt be happier. Not only are we paying half the price we did last year, but they have a "garage" you pull your car into to unload, so it makes weather a non-issue. Everything was exactly as represented -- the unit was clean and they provide carts to load items. The space is climate controlled, so that is great. Eric explained everything thoroughly. Love the automatic billing and email statements. Only downside is we hit traffic both ways going to the site, but that is a small price to pay for such a great deal.

Moving to a different state can sometimes be a pain. But my experience, not nearly! Due to the kind and friendly service that was given by Chuck my move was an easy transition. Everything i was looking for in a storage i found it here. From the time i pulled into the lot i was pleased, and couldnt wait to meet the awesome guy name Chuck, who helped me even long distance, feel comfortable about my moving experience to their facility.A warm and friendly welcome, big smile, and a super clean, spacious unit was the peace of mind i was looking for. Thanks to Chuck my experience was awesome.

great new facility, very helpful and accommodating, wonderfully clean, well lit and secure. A large assortment of spaces sizes, and enough carts to allow multiple people access at the same time. The hallways are a bit narrow, but thats only an issue if someone is moving in and out in the same area you are needing access to. Its not an issue as far as getting large things into or out of the space. Love that its indoors, love that its got good hours, love that its not that other orange storage business! Im glad I got in early. This place is bound to fill up fast. Thanks, Chuck!

We had to move out of our place within 6 days, and Extra Space Storage made the move as seamless as it possibly could be! They were very accommodating, as they gave us three storage units next to each other, and even helped us move some of the heavier items between the three. All of the units and the building itself are very easily accessible (as long as you have the right code). Chuck and Eric are super friendly and helpful, and have made our moving stuff into storage as easy as possible! I wouldnt want to store my stuff anywhere else!

These guys are great here at Extra Space Storage. They have a loading dock for big trucks and an inside loading and unloading area. As the owner of Skinny Wimp Moving Twin Cities this has been one of my favorite storage units to build a relationship with. All the guys that run the place always have a smile on and are super friendly. The manager Chuck has been great. We recommend each others services to anyone we can! Definitely choose them for storage and us (Skinny Wimp Moving Twin Cities) to move you in!

Chuck and the team at Extra Space have been so incredibly friendly and helpful. Weve now visited twice and will move our things in next week. The place is spotless and easy to get around, and I love the secured access for the basement and second floor (only authorized renters can get on other levels). They have made it easy for us to make the arrangements, and were looking forward to storing our things there for a bit.

Guys are super friendly, nice new facility with great access 7 days a week. If you have a business that needs 24/7 access they can accommodate that as well. Easy access to Hwy 100 once construction is complete. Carts in the lobby for easy hauling items to your climate controlled rental space either on 1st floor or via the elevator. Below ground heated parking as well for keeping your cars and toys safe.

Do not fear to move your stuff here! It was my first time ever needing storage in my life, and I thought it would be nerve-wracking but it turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences in my life. They explain everything well, they are straight-up, and the storage area itself is clean, bright, and access areas are open long! Couldnt have chosen a better space.

I live out of my storage units, in and out on a daily basis. I have had storage units in different states. This one I must say hands down is the best. There is a staff member that works there that is awesome, since im on disability and can not walk the greatest. He helps me carry, and offers to help me every time I see him. Like I said top storage facility EVER....

I went in and was trying to find a unit for my mother who was moving back in town. Chuck was the guy who helped us, when I first arrived to the facility he met me at the door and shook my hand. Chuck was very friendly and very helpful in assisting us with finding the perfect unit. The facility itself is very clean and well kept. My mom is very pleased with her unit.

Highly recommend this storage unit. It is well kept vs some others I have rented. Chuck and Steve are awesome to work with; theyve greeted me every time I came here during office hours. Made my life easier during move in and move out. They provide a bunch of carts to help move unlike other units Ive had. Definite great experience.
