Easy access, friendly staff!... Correction!! Easy access for thieves! Had one of my trailers broken into, and lost thousands worth of stuff. Sheriffs office ( Ramsey County ) said, "this place is notorious for theft".. which is the exact opposite of what Doug told me when I rented a place this past spring. I will be removing that trailer for sure. I asked to be in contact by the upper management about my loss and still have not be contacted. Two weeks after my stuff was stolen, someone came back and cut my lock off the other latch! ( Nothing left in trailer ) so, before u decide to keep your gear at this place, it would serve you well to contact Ramsey County sheriff about calls there and remember they are NOT providing the necessary security measures to keep your stuff yours.. I give this place one star for convince.

I was stressing out about what to do with my stuff I currently have stored here at Simply Self Storage. We are about to close on a home and it does not close until the end of the month, and we want to move our stuff out of the storage before so we dont have to pay another month. Finally, I called Doug and he was very understanding and accommodating. Doug totally understood what I was going through and was willing to work with me as long as I was able to move my stuff out in the next few days into the new month. He was willing to go beyond and prorate and charge and charge me daily for how many days I neee to keep my stuff in storage as long as I dont go pass the 10 days. He took all the stress if was having of rushing my move. I have been with them for over a year and I have had no issues. Thank you Doug :)

I rented a unit at this property for years, the property as a whole is very clean, they had pallets for me to use when I moved in, and sometimes I have to get something out of the unit in the evening and the property is really well lit making it very easy. The staff there is very personable, always standing when I come in to make a payment and greeting me with a smile. Sara is great with her customers and sometimes I wish I could get that kind of service where ever I go, but in this day and age its very rare to come across service like this. What brought me here in the first place was the location, and pricing, being close to the house and the lowest prices around they had me in the door, but once I experienced the customer service they had me hooked.

I want to say that Doug Olausen has been very helpful and courteous in setting up a storage spot for my boat. The storage spot for my boat lets me easily drop off my boat in the storage facility, and to hook up my boat when leaving the storage facility. Also, I noticed there are several "security signs" at this storage facility. This is the 3rd straight summer that I have stored my boat at this storage location and I will continue to do so for as long as I own my boat. Securing your possessions in this facility can be done with confidence; this I know from having firsthand experienced the extra mile that Doug goes in order to take care of his customers and the facility.

A very clean and well maintained facility that run like a well oiled machine by a very sweet manager, Doug! It is an excellent place to store your stuff! Nice secure access with cameras on premises. For Christmas Doug even put out a place of cookies that he baked & decorated himself and not store bought. That the kind of guy he is! He make me feel welcome and that I am not just another number. I would use this facility again if I do need it in the future.

We rented a unit this past weekend and had a great experience! Shalon was so friendly and easy to work with. She explained everything very thoroughly. I had a concern with a special I thought I was locked in for when I reserved the unit that was no longer valid, and they honored it for me without hesitation and explained how their discounting works going forward. Wonderful customer service. Glad that I chose to rent at this location!

The manager of this location has helped me beyond measure in my times of need, and goes above and beyond in more ways than necessary to help in whatever ways he can with a clients needs. I have never had a safety issue here, and feel good in knowing that my belongings are secure, and that the pass-gate and property are closely monitored. I would recommend this location to anyone who has storage needs.

My mom TRIED to go here to rent a storage unit, but the person who was supposed to be there at a predetermined time, was not. We waited for 45 minutes and still no one showed up. The only reason i gave them 2 stars was because the main number she called was able to get her inside the facility to at least get behind the fences, but not actually into any units. I would steer clear...

I feel recognized and welcome every time I stop by to access my bins, which makes me feel at ease that everything I store there will be intact. Doug is AWESOME!! Super friendly, very helpful, goes above and beyond to help you. He is the sole reason I ended up getting a storage unit from here. He is great to work with. The new guy there is still being trained, so I cut him some slack, lol. But knowing Doug is there watching out for all of us, helps reassure me about leaving my stuff there.

Used them for temporary storage when we moved. Outstanding service and great price. the whole transaction was super smooth and the fact that they stock boxes and other moving and storage supplies is very convenient. Location is easy to get to also and perfect for where I live now. If I need another storage facility in the future I will us them again.
