I will never use Forest Lake Mini Storage again. My belongings were in storage for only 1 month when it was broken in and my stuff was stolen. The thief ramble through my boxes and took valuable pieces of dishes and irreplaceable items that were in my family for years. I wished I would have read about previous break-ins before I use this place; and didn’t believe their web page about the great security they have. It’s all hype. Not only were mines broken in but several others one was too. Do not use them if you value your property.

Its fine for storing most items except cloth furniture. I had a really nice sectional in it for 4 1/2 months and when I got it out of storage it smelled really musty/mildewy. I had to febreeze it a couple times and can still smell it. Also, there were mice droppings on the sheets that I had covering the couch. Other than that, it is good for most items and the cheapest storage in Forest Lake.

Used FLMS for 2 years. Staff courtesy and locker accessibility, security, cleanliness, and utility, everything was top shelf. And at a great price.
