Called this company to get a ride from the airport. I was promised a driver would be able to pick up in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes I called back and was told was held up and they would call another driver to come. it has now been an hour with no ride and have missed a very important meeting. Would not recommend this company if you would like reliable service!

Coming to Dubuque, I had no idea how to get around. #1 Green Cab was one of the first modes of transportation we had. Very courteous, on time and great rates! The other taxi services may be good, however, this Taxi service is #1 for a reason!

It was below zero so I called at 5:30am to arrange a ride for the kids at 7:10. The cab did not show up, When I called and txt no one would answer or respond to me. Had to leave work and kids were late to school.

Early morning Pickup was faster than quoted time on phone. Austin was the driver, good conversation took the direct route to my destination. I appreciate his honesty and the cab was clean .

Needed a ride three miles from airport. Meter turned off half way and then charged 20$. Never said this was a set fee. Called company. No one returned call. Unprofessional and excessive fee.

There drivers are pretty lazy parking in handicap parking spots clearly when nobody in that cab needed it save your $ and walk
