THE WORST COMPANY EVER. First bad experience is i ordered speakers and frozen food on separate days from separate companies. By coincidence they were delivered the same day but the speakers required a signature. Driver refused to leave frozen food on door step as he believed the packages were together... kept it for the weekend. got it ruined and fedex refused to refund any money even though it was completely their fault. 2ND example: sent speedometer from my car to be repaired. insured the speedo and placed in padding. Fedex smashed it so badly it was almost unrecognizable. Of course they refused to pay a single dime to me as they state it was all my fault as I didnt pad it enough! and even though i paid extra to insure it for more i was just out everything. google their customer service, you will see nothing but the same stories about this company. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS, AS PREVIOUSLY STATED THEY MAKE THE USPS LOOK LIKE ANGELS. STAY FAR AWAY

FedEx is clearly struggling with there services across the country. The Dubuque office the people are quite pleasant. I have been treated EXTREMELY RUDE by people on the phone trying to resolve damage issues and also at other FedEx locations. Not sure why but the culture changed from one of reasonable value and customer service for the money to what looks to be poor management and direction. I do EVERYTHING I can now to avoid FedEx THE USPS IS GOLDEN IN COMPARISON. Hope they figure it out

I ordered with two day shipping, it has been four days. I was home when they finally dropped off my package. Didnt even hear a knock at the door. I called to see if my roommate could pick up the package if I signed the slip, as I would be at work at 5 and unable to pick it up. They wouldnt let her pick it up, now my two day shipment will be running on five. Very disappointed with their service.

The employees at this Fed Ex are fantastic. They have consistently saved my behind by helping get packages, letters etc off on time. Not only that but they do it all with a smile - making me feel slightly less of a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants procrastinator that I am. You cant ask for more than that. Thanks guys!

Fed ex is terrible I havent had my car because of a rebuilt shock I requested before it got to Dubuque to have it stay at store n they confirmed but put it on a truck anyway I work third shift n that would have been way more convenient for me but they put it on a delivery truck anyway

Its a FedEx. The only negative about this location is the fact that there is only typically one person manning the counter, and that during rush hours the line can get backed up. Other than that, service is efficient.
