I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS. I have been chasing my package around for almost a week now. I live in baton rouge, but they have been processing my package at one baton rouge location just to move it to another to be processed and then back and forth being processed over and over again. When I called the offices (it took almost 4 different telephone numbers and many tries later before someone even awnsered the phone) they informed me my package was at their location but had no idea why. How do you not know why it is there? What could possibly be the issue? It has the correct address (they confirmed this with me), they simply did not know why it was there and not already at my home. The lack of organization and structure is sadly obvious. I was then told that if I did not leave work early that day to come pick up my package personally from the office, he did not know what would happen to it next. So let me get this straight... I paid you to play with my package and then force me to come and retrieve it? And if I dont, it will be lost? Excited to finally have my package I went myself to pick it up. The women at the front desk were incredibly rude and not helpful. When I was finally directed to the person I had originally talked on the phone with, he looked for my package for 20 minutes before admitting he had lost it somehow. He then proceeded to tell me he had no idea where it went or where it could be, and that if it showed back up at the facility I would be welcome to come and pick it up myself again (because apparently at USPS the customer is responsible for keeping the customer happy, and unless I did everything myself their incompetency would cause my package to be lost). My package is still currently lost and I doubt they will do anything to compensate for the issue. I would not give it long before they are completely out of business, and look forward to the day.

Me: *Gives tracking number for delayed package* Office: "We dont have your package. Your package isnt here so we cant do anything about it. We can only wait until it gets in." Me: "But it says "Accepted" in Baton Rouge, LA 70808. I dont understand. Is it still in sorting?" Office: "That only means that we scanned a barcode for it. We dont have it here. Its still in transit on a truck somewhere but we dont have it and all of our trucks are already out so you wont get your package today." Me: "Okay. Well, based on your experience --" Office: "Sir, I dont have the info youre looking for and I dont wanna (sic) give you false hope about you getting your package today or by this weekend." Me: "Okay, well, I wasnt going to ask that. I was going to ask: based on your experience, if --" Office: "Sir I dont know when your package is gonna (sic) arrive. Im not givin you false hope about when your package is getting there." Me: "Im not asking --" Office: "Sir, I didnt order anything so I dont know whenever your package is getting there." Me: "Okay thank you." Guess what? The package WAS there, and it was sitting there for DAYS. I confirmed it with a different branch of USPS. The different people I spoke to even found out the exact container it was in at this facility. They did all of this digitally without even being at this facility. Yet the staff here couldnt do it? The staff here are DEDICATED to not dealing with any of your questions whatsoever. Dogshit. Learn to listen to people.

Continues to be the worst post office and now absolutely dishonest! I am having trouble getting my Amazon Prime packages delivered as promised in 2 days. My first very large package was not delivered to my doorstep and no note was left in the mailbox by the mail carrier. In checking Amazon tracking, there was a note stating that my package had arrived in Baton Rouge and was ready for pick up (which is a breech of contract per Amazon). I went to the post office to retrieve my package and was told by Carol that it was out for delivery without checking the computer. She also expressed that there is no guarantee 2 day shipping. The only guaranteed shipping is express. I asked to speak to the supervisor. Marcel did not arrive to speak to me for 35 minutes even though he was summons 3 times by the staff. After another 15 minutes of him looking for my package, it was located and I was then able to go home with it. Another package was guaranteed to arrive on Friday by Amazon. When it did not arrive, I again check the tracking and it stated it had been left in my mailbox. I waited per the request of Amazon and it finally arrived on Tuesday. Today two packages have again not arrived and again it states they were delivered to my mailbox on the tracking. It is sad that this mail carrier is so lazy that she does not want to do her job properly but it is inexcusable for her to lie in writing that it was done.

Absolutely the most terrible post office. My package was transferred to USPS at noon on Wednesday the 15th. My package was supposed to go out for delivery on the 16th. Ive been calling all day today and no one ever answers. If you have a problem with them, just immediately go to the office yourself because they dont answer their phone. Although Im sure if you went to the office youd still have to wait an eternity to get your issue resolved. Several times my packages have gone missing and I was never able to get in touch with them about it. The few times I was able to get through, they were very rude and not helpful at all. A few times they told me they couldnt deliver my package because the "business location was inaccessible" which if funny because my "business" is my home and theres never anything blocking the mailbox or door. Just last week I was home when a package was delivered and I heard the woman just throw my package on the front step while yapping on the phone. Horrible. Absolutely horrible.

Worst customer service ever. I was supposed to receive a package 5 days ago and it never arrived. The website said "out for delivery" and nothing came in. I went to the post office to inquire about my package and the lady wouldnt check to see if the package was at the post office unless I had a failed delivery slip, which I didnt receive. She basically said that she didnt feel like looking and that I need to just be patient. I believe that the workers are racist. If a white person walks in they dont help them much and make very little conversation. If a black person walks in, they bend over backwards to help and wont stop talking. Its now been 5 days and the package still hasnt arrived and the website now says "delivery status not updated." I wish there was someone else to complain to. Ive had countless problems with this store and its ridiculous.

I purchased a stuff from Japan through Ebay, and waited for over one month. Suddenly, I got a Final delivery note that was labeled a date which 2 days earlier. How this was happened? First, I checked my mailbox Every SINGLE Day, but never seen any first and secondary delivery notice. Why they directly give me an outdated FINAL delivery notice?!! Second, They gave me an outdated FINAL delivery notice which was labeled 2 days earlier (The notice deliver date is 29th, but the date on the delivery notice was 27th) When I got there immediately, and was told the package has been returned!!!!!!!! I have to contact the seller, and paid the delivery cost which is almost half price of the stuff. Lay off those guys who did those evil things!
