My family and I have never been so mistreated by public workers. We come in and the old white lady at the front does not greet us and instead is on the phone chatting with what seems like a friend of hers as she is smiling and joking around. When she finally decides to get off the phone, she tells us to come and sign papers in a very rude manner. While my brother was signing the paper, she reaches over and scribbles stuff in impatiently. I just looked at her like, "What is wrong with this lady?" Just to clarify, were just an Asian family that was applying for a passport to travel back to our country for a vacation. If the process wasnt already difficult, the people that worked there made it a whole lot worse. We would have gladly gone to another post office if it wasnt the only one in our city that does passports. After we finished signing in, she told us to go into the Passport Office. When we walk in, the African-American lady stares at her computer and tells us, "What do you need?" No, not, “How may I help you?" just, "What do you need?" I thought that maybe it was just the lady in the front who was having a bad day. This lady is probably worse on the scale of rudeness. When we wanted to clarify something, she would answer very annoyed sounding and with an impatient and almost aggressive overtone. My mom, being a non-native English speaker, wanted to make sure that everything was going to go smoothly. She asks for the ladys name and the lady tells my mom that, "You wont need it, I mean, what are you going to need it for?" She then points to the sign on her cubicle and says, “It’s right there." My mom just wanted a contact name and number just in case something went wrong. How bad is that? All of this time, we are being extremely patient of her and she tells us that were getting angry at her. I replied by telling her that she was the one getting angry, not us. We leave after a few more unhelpful attempts at clarifying our questions. It was an overall very bad experience for our family. Luckily, we had some fluent English speakers such as my brother and me. What if there was a family that knew very little English? I cringe at the thought of what THEY would have to go through. I just feel like we were treated very poorly from the moment we stepped into the post office to the moment that we left. As I am writing this, I am also trying to reach their manager via phone. This process has been much more difficulty than it should be. Ive called about seven or eight times now with no response. I hope that service here can be improved in the future. I dont want another family going through what we did.

I have visited the Commerce Park Post Office site twice prior to my visit today. I paid $20 for a key to be made for my mailbox and was told that it would be ready in 1 week. I returned a week later and was told that it would be this week. I arrived for the third time and still no key. I receive medication through the mail so access to the box is important. I asked to speak to a supervisor to better understand the process and time frame. Unfortunately, your supervisor Aaron Brown was extremely rude, smug, and condescending. I asked for an ETA on delivery of the key and he said that "Youre not the only one waiting and No I cant give you a time." Pleading with him for at least an estimate because as I informed him, I needed my medicine out of the mailbox he response was verbatim, "You want me to lie to you, I can lie to you," he said with a smug look, glancing gleefully around the facility for approval from other patrons and workers. I said NO! I explained that twice I had been given an estimated time. His reply was, "Well they didnt give you the right time then!" Obviously that is not what I wanted. I needed the estimate so that I could make a determination of whether or not I needed to return to my doctor for a in-clinic refill or if I could wait it out. I asked to speak to someone else or to get a number to call because at that point his attitude was unbearable. He was loud in front of other patrons and I felt as if I was having school yard banter rather than speaking to a government official. His response verbatim to my request for a number to reach out for customer support was that "Theyre just going to route you back over here but you can try if you want!" WOW!!! It must be nice to have a position so secure as to be afforded the luxury to treat your customers with such contempt and blatant rudeness that you are in no fear of losing your job or to be reprimanded. Sign me up!!! However, I believe that the United States Postal Service is called to a higher standard and will hold Mr. Brown to that same high standard and duty to which his position is called. I was on hold for 20 minutes on the number that I was given so I was unable to speak with anyone. However, I will contact your organization on every social media site until I am heard. I intend to forward this letter to the Office of Consumer Advocate as well as any other outlet.

I honestly wish I could give this place NO STARS. This postal service has claimed to deliver my packages TWICE and I have never received them. The first time I didnt get my package there was a pink slip in my box with absolutely no useful information as to how I could get my package. When I went down to the office and waited for half an hour, the lady was rude incredibly unhelpful and unapologetic to their poor mishandling of my delivery. I NEVER received the package. I recently ordered another item and the SAME thing happened. No pink slip and no package, just a bunch of LIES. The people this post office hires must have NO KNOWLEDGE about what DELIVERING A PACKAGE MEANS or have respect for other peoples belongings. The carriers are either stealing them for themselves or auctioning them off for the post offices benefit! I wish I never had to receive anything from this place again, but unfortunately I live in the assigned area of this RIDICULOUS post office! I will make sure NOTHING I order or deliver goes through this place because they are clearly incompetent workers with absolutely no integrity!

Perfect Example of how government employees can get away with anything! This whole post office and its carriers dont attempt mail delivery, never leave pink notices and the manager protect there lying pos carriers. I submitted proof of 3 certified letters that I never got with surveillance footage showing that carriers never attempted delivery. The manager at the USPS showed me a GPS stamp of a carrier 2 blocks away, which happens to be right where the OFFICE PARKS mailboxes are. I told them, this proves that the lazy lying carrier just sat in his truck and scanned it claiming business closed without ever bothering to get out of the truck and attempting delivery to the location. The manager disagreed he said the time stamp may take 5 mins to record the location after it was scanned. TOTAL LIAR, I confirmed with 1800 USPS that is not the case the GPS scan is instant and accurate to 4 feet, not 2 blocks away. Im so sick of this crap, I am thinking we need to file a federal class action lawsuit from all the other people that have been screwed by this AWFUL POST OFFICE and its workers!
