This Walgreens has always been fast with checkout up front and thorough in sending medication to people in line with the proper information needed to be able to use your medication safley. The line for medications is not always very fast but I did not deduct any stars for this because of the need for safe and proper information to be given to everyone, not just me. I do try to bring something to do when they let me know that the medication will not be ready right away, as well as when they say it will be. Due to the high likely hood of a line being there either way. Apart from this the staff are kind to me busy or not, and they always seem to have all of the things I need.

The carrier to my location has undelivered or "lost" my deliveries on SEVERAL occasions. He has delivered my mail to different locations. When I call to follow up on my undelivered mail, they tell me that I have GREAT carrier. Not true at all. The staff at the office are great, however, telling me they took several days to get back to me as well as not calling me back. They could not find my mail and told me that it must have been stolen because the incompetence of the carrier who continues to deliver my mail to the wrong address. Frustrating experiences.
