I have had horrible experience lately. I have lived at my residence for 6 years. Its not just a single residence its a 12 plex condo and part of an association so the mail carrier delivers to all of these. Over the last couple months I have received multiple calls from businesses and friends/family stating that the mail they sent me keeps getting returned and they verify the address. Still the same, hasnt changed. I made sure my name was on my mailbox but it still continues to happen. This is very frustrating. On top of that when I try to contact the post office via phone I get their recording and ask to leave a message and somone will follow up with me. I am unable to do this because the mailbox is full. I called another location to question or to see if they had any suggestions and they stated I most likely would have to go into the location and speak with someone. One more thing that is not convenient is that their hours are during the day when I work 8-5. I dont feel that I should have to get a PO Box due to this issue whent he postal carrier has to deliver to all the other boxes in my association. If anyone has any recommendations or suggestions please feel free to comment!

It can get pretty busy at times, especially with people that come in and have no idea what they actually want to accomplish... But thats ok because this place has a cool little self-service kiosk which is available 24 hours a day. The kiosk lets you buy stamps and has a scale to weigh your package for specific postage. The only time I ever had a real issue with this location was with a postcard that I sent getting lost. But that couldve gotten lost somewhere down stream, so I dont blame the USPS. I took away one star because sometimes the kiosk is out of service and because the mail boxes outside need to be grounded as they always give me a static shock :(

I acclimated to this location. Plenty of parking. Dont give negative views because near poor area. People have to live. The ICPD has an office nearby as well as other businesses. Would like more people working the counter. The disabled unable to stand long but there are slow times. Love the self service kiosk and the place to drop off packages and lots of mail. Thanks for giving such excellent service. I appreciate the services you offer. The professional manner of post officers and the way they worked with people non English speaking so kindly. Also people all over the spectrum they help to obtain their postal objectives. 5 ****

Dont answer their phone at all. Im trying to set up a passport application appointment but there is only one person who can make appointments but they are never there so they say Ill have to call back another time. Been trying for weeks to make an appointment.

People working there are definitely not pleasant. Been there heaps of times. Always ship on time and I have never had a problem with them loosing a package. If there was any were else remotely close I would not give this place my service

Havent even been there yet as they wont even call me back during business hours to schedule an appointment for a passport (the only office Ive EVER heard do this). Been trying to get a hold of them for a week and a half.

Never had I such a rude person to talk on the phone to! I just called about picking up packages because my address changed and the person gave me attitude for not knowing how things work! Terrible service Stacey!

Once again, the mail carrier messed up my delivery. Either he didnt leave the parcel box key in my mailbox, or he once again put it in the wrong mailbox. It happens so frequently that its beyond ridiculous.

I go into pick up my friends mail at his PO box from time to time... The number of PO boxes is just crazy at this location! That is all I ever do here. So for that alone you get 4 stars.
