This place is horrible. They took me for $40 yesterday and guaranteed my package would be on the east coast by noon today ( I paid for overnight guaranteed delivery by noon today ). At 3pm, it still hasnt shown up. HORRIBLE, she looks at me,smiles and says "sorry sir, I cant refund you your money" Pathetic. Avoid this place - We are all better off using FedEx or UPS.

Always a line and workers while nice are very slow. And the hours are really a pain. You are better off going to the Coralville Post Office on James st. Lines may be long but they are really fast and you will be done in no time at all.

Very nice people that work inside but very slow during busy times. Also hours are not convenient at all I have your buy my stamps else where other wise I would have to take vacation from my job just to make it there on open hours.

Is this some kind of a joke? What is up with these hours? Who closes from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM and then is only open until 4:30? Thanks a lot government. This is why we you are not profitable. Thanks a lot OBAMA!

I ordered a cell phone and it said it would be there by Saturday December 26 and it was not there and the hours are horrible most people get off work around 4-5 so why close that early....

Im an out of towner, but I will say I came around 1:30 pm on a Monday. There was a line, but it was quick, and the woman who helped me was very nice and courteous.

They often close early. I came in at 4:28 (couldnt get there any earlier) and the gate was already closed and they refused to help me. Very poor service.
