There were about 5 people waiting in line for one white haired guy who was just shooting the breeze with a woman in black. They were not conducting any "business", but the postal clerk seemed totally unconcerned about wasting everyones time while he conversed about things not related to his job. I went around looking for a vending machine to get stamps and couldnt find one, and came back a few minutes later and they were STILL chatting despite more people coming into the post office. I finally left out of rage at his rudeness and shot him a dagger look, which he noticed. Ironically, he was telling her among other things, "this is a high energy post office". If so, he wasnt part of that crew. I will NEVER return. Outrageous. Ill go to the downtown post office, 20 miles out of my way to avoid these apathetic rude government employees.

I had 2 dvd packages delivered yesterday. One made it inside the mailbox while the other was just tossed on the ground in front of the mailbox. I find this very disrespectful bc it could have been easy set on my porch to which the mailbox is attached to. With the weather the way it was it could have been there til spring and if it still had not still been a little light outside I would not have even known it was there. This is not the first time to come home and find my mail on the ground instead of in the mailbox. I have been told things have been mail to me and Ive never received them including my utility bills.

I have never had such problems as Ive had here with the Marion P.O.! Due to the lack of detail , I have had many important letters either sent back for unknown reason, or they just never come to my home at all! Todays package delivery takes the cake tho! Mail delivery knocks and I dont think she even waited 20 seconds before getting into the van and off she was as my daughter was waving her down. Id have to say, Ive lived in quite a few locations , and never and I do mean NEVER had problems like this with ANY Post Office or delivery. I usually trust services , however, I dont trust this Post office at all!!

Ive lived in the same place for 2 years, I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a letter and still has not came. I even talked to the mail lady and she had no idea even had attitude. I had another letter sent to me on saturday (last weekend) and it still has not showed up...i know exactly how long it takes mail from where it was dropped off at to where I live. It takes only two days. We are on wednesday, still no letters...Im not happy with this mail service what so ever.

I had sent a package to my family who were newly in their house. Was surprised to get a notification that it was undeliverable. I called the postmaster and was told that the postman did not have a new resident card...which was in the box. Imagine my delight when my son called to say the package was delivered later that day. Nice that they fixed their error. Very impressed.

My son received a letter in the mail and it was destroyed. Ripped open like someone had taken out what was put in it, which was a ring. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. And he very upset. SO wish your mail carriers would take more care with something that isnt theirs.

We never get our packages until two or three days after theyve been scanned in. Thats if we get them at all. Our last mail guy said he didnt care because he was retiring soon anyway. And nobody answers if you call.

You can never call this place. Line is always busy. Im just trying to get them to maintain the central mailbox they force us to use, and they wont even answer the phone.
