My check gets mailed to me. My employer can see it was delivered to the post office. Called them Friday when it didnt show up and was told id be called the next morning before the carrier left so they could search the truck. Never received a call Saturday morning. The mail came Saturday afternoon and Kenny took that phone call. Was extremely rude, couldnt get my last name right. Continued to pronounce it wrong after the 5th time I let it go. Told me if it wasnt here they didnt have it. I asked Kenny if he could guarantee me that the person on the route didnt drop it off somewhere else. No he cant guarantee that. He also took my number and said I would receive a phone call after the truck was searched. Still waiting on that phone call. Very poor customer service and my checks a very decent amount. Extremely uncomfortable with the fact that anyone could have it right now and the employees at the post office do not care.

Just called to locate a package that I missed the delivery on, the person on the phone was so helpful in locating it and helping me set up re-delivery. Picked up packages here in person a few times too, usually running close to closing time, they have been very efficient in the past.

Your parking situation is a joke. The new building has to be the least convienent set up ever for anyone mailing a large package and the folks inside tend to be rude and short with people barking orders like Im in the army. No thanks.
