Very rude! I filled out an online form at USPS to have our mail held while we were on vacation. When we returned we had a notice from our postal carrier that our mail box was getting too full and he was putting us on a 10 day hold. I called the post office this morning and spoke to Tammy. Very rude woman! She said that our mail was put on a 10 day hold because the box was too full and I had to come down and sign and pick up all the mail that they returned to the post office. I explained that I filled out the necessary online form and got a confirmation. I had deleted it however and could not locate the number. She insisted she get the number so she could check in to why they did not get it. I asked if the mail carrier could deliver mail today and just bring the mail to the door. She got angry and sighed loudly and said its not our policy as we already delivered and we should not have to redeliver. I said I understand but I dont feel I am at fault for this. She then very snotty put me on hold to ask. When she came back I advised that I searched and found that I had deleted the confirmation. She cut me off midsentence and said well he will deliver so be ready when he comes to sign! I could not believe how rude she was! After I hung up I was so mad at the way I was treated I thought I better see if I could recover the deleted mail. I did find it after doing that so I called her back. She then had a totally different fake sweet attitude with me and explained that many customers will probably be mad if they are not getting this information so she was going to check in to what happened with me. Never once did she apologize for being so nasty to me in our first conversation. Unreal!!!! Not to mention our mail never comes at a consistent time during the day. Sometimes noon sometimes 4pm. So I guess I will have to just watch out my window all afternoon and catch him before he rings my door bell as my son naps during that time and I dont want him to wake him by ringing the doorbell. Never been treated so rudely in my life.

I just moved into an apartment where the previous tenants had lost the key to the mailbox. We informed our landlord who contacted the Post Office for a new key copy. We were supposed to receive it within the week. It has been nearly a week over it was due to arrive and still nothing. My roommate went to the post office to ask about it the day after it should have been here AT THE LATEST and they said they hadnt even started any key copies yet!!! Seriously!? People have a right to their mail. It isnt our fault that the previous morons lost their key and decided not to pay for a replacement. I have not been able to check my mail in almost a month... This is ridiculous.

The mail carrier is usually very lazy. Whenever any package or envelope is sent to me we always get "Notice Left" while the mail carrier does not even attempt to deliver the package, this means i have to rush down to the post office right before closing time. If there is the smallest bit of snow by our a apartments boxes, they will not deliver the mail to anyone. a few items that have been mailed to us have also disappeared. Such as gift cards and birthday cards.

Horrible customer service from the brown haired lady with the glasses that resembles the office administrator from Monsters Inc movies. She was not helpful at all and did not even tell me where to write the to and from on a box and then walked away halfway through my time there so another nice woman with blonde hair and glasses completed the exchange. Was reminded why I usually ship every package with UPS through the UPS Store

Ive had great service here. Signed up so I get an email everytime I have new mail in my post office box, and the United Parcel Service will even deliver my packages right to the post office. They even have an Automated Postal Center. I can ship anything I want at all hours, and even buy stamps. Ive never had any issues here besides long lines during early morning or lunch.

Very rude mail carrier and very rude service. Our mail carrier actually walks through our backyard instead of around from from the front on the sidewalk and had the nerve to tell me I needed to move my dog from my BACK yard so she could walk through it instead of approaching from the front of the house like she should.

I am very surprised to see the negative comments. I have always found the Heggen street staff very efficient and polite. Our carrier is friendly and conscientious. Since we moved here 8 years ago, I feel grateful to have this branch in my neighborhood.

Our mail carrier is really nice. Whenever there is a package that wont fit in our mailbox at the street she drives up and brings all the mail and puts it between the storm door and the front door. We sincerely appreciate that.
