Customer service AT IT"S WORST!!!!! You cannot even talk to a person when you call the "800 number". It says you can contact them but everything is automated and after going through all the options you get put on hold for 45 minutes if god forbid you would like to speak to a HUMAN!!!! I was expecting a package and tracking says its in transit. The delivery date is today (9-30-16) and I have not gotten it! Why give a date if its just a lie?! Nothing worse than USPS!!!! I tried calling the so called "customer service" number and the info is the same as online.......crap and lies!! After being on hold for 45 minutes, I finally just hung up! It was obvious I was never talking to a person!

I received an item damaged. It has insurance and filed a claim. I received a letter from insurance saying to bring the item to the nearest post office and labels. So, I brought item to USPS in Hogan Ln, Conway AR for inspection and left the item there in USPS and provided the label of shipping. After few days I received another letter from insurance department saying that it was denied as there was no damage found when it was inspected. Those USPS people did not inspect properly and did not provide right information to them, it is getting delayed now.I have photos and proofs of damage. Now it is more than 6 weeks. Still no update. Please stay away from these guys.

Very poor customer service and my last visit seemed rather shady. I honestly felt like the clerk was going to keep my envelopes and not mail them. She knew their contents, sold me the stamps then would not give me the stamps or envelopes. She stacked the sheet of stamps on the envelopes, told me she would take care of it and was already calling up the next customer. I had to insist that she give me the envelopes and stamps so I could put them on. I left and dropped them off at another location. I will not be leaving any more mail with her. The reviews talking about lost and missing items are now very believable based on my own experience.

Terrible. The employees were very rude, did not help me with my prepaid orders of over $60 worth of shipping services. All 3 employees stood and watched me put my things into wrong boxes and using wrong tape (which the employees gave me) then made me use my car keys to open the boxes, put them in new boxes, and use new tape... something i thought they would be paid to do. They were more concerned about little old ladies buying postage stamps. I almost broke down crying from exhaustion and lack of food. I was in the store for over 40 min trying to ship my prepaid items.

Greg. Greg. Typical Federal Employee. Does 1/4 the work of his peers and gets paid the same. He is rude. The problem is you cannot fire a Federal Employee. You can only reassign them. Now he had been reassigned/placed over passports. He is slow intentionally. Would rather the rest of the staff do his work. Then, he is rude. Rude! Any other Employer would fire him. Folks-this is what you get with a portion of Federal Employees -you can never get rid of the sluffers and dead weights. Fortunately others pull his weight. Reassign him to the Middle East far from here. Please!

Walking into this post office is about like walking into a bad movie: if you dont go in expecting much, you wont be disappointed. As a customer, you might expect a few things from employees here, things such as courtesy, professionalism, speedy service; but you will be disappointed if you do. Workers here care nothing about your package or your satisfaction, only how close they are to closing. They dont like to answer questions, they really dont even want to see you. Just do your business, and get the hell out; which isnt far from how you will be treated.

I have never had anything but good, credible, and pleasant experiences with employees of this post office, the carrier that brings mail to my home and on the phone. I am seeing a lot of bad reviews that I find hard to believe, especially when they want to bring race in to mix; e.g., "black employees" and no I am not black, I am lily white with natural blond hair and blue eyes. I expect also that we are seeing some who would love to have employment with the post office or any other federal job. Grow up people.

Today when I called to try to get information about outgoing shipping, I found dial-tone, much as if someone had left the phone off the hook. This is no surprise to me however, with my past experiences of the staff lying to me when I requested assistance claiming my package, and a friend of mine given poor service while obtaining her passport because of the mans personal issues held with her family. This post office has given me the worst customer service I have received anywhere, private or public

Thats about right. Christmas fell on a Sunday. So what do they do? They take off Monday to observe Christmas so that they make sure that they take an actual work day off. The post office is a prime example of the government running a shipping service. They have access to taxpayer funds in the event they get in the red, unlike shipping services that must compete for business. Any chance I get, I use ups or FedEx.

Not sure why this post office location has so many negative reviews. Ive lived in Conway for a long time and never had an issue with the staff or wait times. Any post office will be busy during specific times of the year (tax season, holidays, etc.) Some folks really need to calm down and understand that this is what happens to any business, not just the postal service, during these times.

Like one of the previous reviewers, I never received my package that says it has been delivered. I contacted them and they could not locate it either even with the tracking number and everything. They suggested that it may have been stolen and asked me to file a claim with the seller. The package finally arrived a few days later. It turned out that they put it in the wrong mailbox!!

By far the worst place you can have your mail delivered. I called to ask if they can hold my package so that I can get it faster and they said sure, when I got there 5 min. Later it was already put on the truck and they did not want to take it back off even though they said they could. Not to mention the attitudes once I got there. They should get new staff at the front desk

My mail was given to the former resident of my house with her held mail. She opened, then retuned most of our packages to the post office, but conveniently "lost" my $60 Birchbox package. Ive tried filing a claim, emailing and calling the postal service, all to be given the run around and not given an opportunity to have my package replaced. Unbelievably frustrating.

I am having alot of trouble with the postal service in the area in general. Two of my tennants dont even get their mail delivered to their mailbox! The carrier delivers it to the house next door! They said they would call the carrier and call me back. They never did. If they are serious about picking up shipping for the holidays this sure has to change.
