(Commence Clark Griswold Epic Fit from Christmas Vacation) My package was not delivered on 3/4 as originally scheduled; I still have not received an explanation for this. I checked my mailbox today and there were letters inside but no attempt to deliver note since the package requires a signature. Its a good thing I was able to check the tracking number online or otherwise I would not have known the recepticle was allegedly blocked. Yes, the tracking results indicated "recepticle was blocked" so it was undeliverable and I have to reschedule the delivery. If the recepticle was blocked, how were they able to deliver the rest of the mail? Was it too much to come to my front door to get a signature because a precedent was set when it was done in the past. Of course the building is closed now and I have to work everyday so I cant just be-bop into the post office whenever I feel like it to pick up my own package that I paid for to be delivered last Saturday. This is a huge inconvenience to say the least. Is it any wonder that post offices are closing around the country? If this ends well, I will update and give all due credit. (End Fit)

We moved here a year ago & we have had great service from this post office. Our mail is delivered like clockwork daily and our packages make it to our door with a ring of the doorbell & a friendly wave from the carrier. The service inside building (which is old & could use a little TLC) has been nice & helpful as well. Much better than the service we received from our old area. I too had an issue with an AT&T phone not being delivered & thought maybe it was here and was being emailed & called & eventually billed for the phone (which i spoke with AT&T each time) I checked into it (saved every tracking number given to me & found the issue was not with Greenbrier post office it was on AT&Ts end, they had the package delivered on time and failed to credit me accordingly but thats a whole new review on AT&T.

Every time I order a package the tracking says it has been delivered when no one has come to deliver it. One time my packages sat at the post office for 10 days and no one delivered them or notified me. I finally went to the post office to ask about them because I should have received them and the manager said oh so sorry. They have been sitting here. I dont know why they werent delivered. Another time my mail lady told me that she was sorry but they sent my package back because her daughter made deliveries for her and didnt understand the address. Since when do family members go to work for you when you are sick. I have never had so many problems with my mail carrier that this rating doesnt even deserve one star if it would let me I would put zero.

Packages seem to never get where they should. I mail to Texas and it takes over 2 weeks to get there. I have recently shipped a phone back to AT&T back in April 2016 and received a message from AT&T saying phone had not been received and wants me to pay the $600. When i put the tracking number in I get a message saying No Tracking number found. And I can never get anyone at the Greenbrier post office to answer phones.

Packages are consistently late or delivered to the wrong address. My last package said it could not be delivered because the mail box was full. It was a sink how is that going to fit in a mailbox. I get someone elses mail almost daily because the house numbers are the same different road about a mile away.

They will not deliver packages when you live out in the country they leave it at the post office and then tell you they missed you when you were home the whole day this is happened multiple times too many to count

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE THEY CANNOT DELIVER TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS. HAVE NO IDEA WHERE SCANNED PACKAGES END UP AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I HAVE TO GET A PO BOX TO GET MY MAIL!!
