Dont know whats happened to this Postal Service with on Pershing. But here as of lately they suck. We cant get mail Ive had stuff in my mailbox for 2 days it still has not been picked up. Ive had packages just thrown in my yard witnessed by people this happening. Seems like the drivers or the staff or something needs to be changed. My mom is on medication that gets mailed to her sometime and now Im worried that maybe shes not getting it. Ive been waiting for a package for a long time now and Ive not received it. You guys need to step up your game. I got a package while back that could have been left in the mailbox or brought to my door and I got a pink slip that I had to come to the post office and pick up which was ridiculous. I gotta pick up one day to have to go pick up a package that did not have to be signed for but was told had to sign for it but by the time I got it the worker at the post office that I dont know why that happened. I personally was standing in the post office again another day that I should not have had to be and I heard another person behind the counter tell a supervisor they were going to The Waffle House to find out why all the mail carriers were just sitting there. I just now at this moment on January 5th at 4:29 p.m. check on a package in tracking and it says that it was undeliverable on January 3rd at 2:28 p.m. dont know why we were here so what is the story why did not get a pink slip.

It can be very difficult to receive mail when dealing with them, esp. if you live in an apartment. The apartment office at my apartment does for a fact hold mail that cannot fit in the mailbox. They even have developed notes to notify the resident once they have mail. BUT the mailman still likes to leave packages at my door for people to take. Once i came home and my package had been opened by a stranger. USPS denies that their mail man did it, but who else delivers mail if it wasnt the mail man. They dont answer their phone most of the time either.

I sent an envelope with value 25$ to Massie St, North Little Rock, AR and the tracking says delivered in/at mailbox, but they laid it on the front porch and a few hours later a storm came and the envelope got completely soaked and the value destroyed even though it was wrapped in plastic foil. This was an important customer, which now is complaining about the issue. Very poor behavior. Im very disappointed. Compensation for the loss would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I get terrible service from the pershing post office. Every Time I get anything coming by UPS deliver to the United States Post Office. The packages get lost. Their service is terrible. You try to speak with a supervisor you get totally Lie to.. This problem still has not been solved. Its a shame medication coming thru the Mail can not arrive to your home. Now I have to file for a loss package. With no Help from this local post office. Who lost my packages...

Incompetent. Dishonest. Unreliable. On two occasions Ive had to contact this office after four weeks without receiving any mail, to include a very valuable package - not even a Kroger ad. Recently, I spent $30 to have a package arrive overnight, on time. Now I have to go pick it up in two days because the carrier falsely stated that the house numbers on my street are not marked. I will be making a formal complaint, immediately.

I always have problems in that post office. Recently my package was delayed in being sent by a week. When I called, and asked what had happened; no one could explain why. I understand that youre understaffed, but frankly that doesnt excuse the rude behavior of your staff.

ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE!! I WISH I COULD SWITCH POST OFFICES. I ALWAYS WAIT AT LEAST 15-20 MINUITES AND MY PACKAGES ARE NEVER TO ME WHEN I NEED THEM AND MAIL IS JUST THROWN ON THE GROUND. ITS AMAZING HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS.

Pretty sad, try to call and they wont even answer the phone. And this is where our tax money is going? Fire them all and get rid of the American Postal Union, no longer needed and outdated.

They never knock to give mail that requires id... they just stick a paper in the box saying they tried but they didnt... this has happened to me multiple times in 3 years
