There was nothing to like and package was supposed to arrive and we get a text saying it could not be delivered because the business is closed, we are in a townhome. The second text said the receptacle is blocked. We have seen the mailboxes a few times, as I have lived year and a half, and it is not blocked. This is why the post office is dying. The cant do there job right. I think our regular mail carrier is a good lady. I have never had a problem with her delivering anything but their substitute mail carriers give them a bad name. Never will I let a Amazon order come usps if I can get away with them not doing it. If the t was not for UPS and fedex using them it would already have been replaced by commercial businesses and the usps would be a has been government agency worse then FEMA.

First my package got delayed/lost, and took an entire extra week to get here. Now, when its finally scheduled to be delivered, the person is to lazy to leave the package at my apartments office like every other delivery Ive ever had. Now i have to wait till tomorrow and pick my package up in person, for an item that I needed to have last Tuesday. Tried to call them to see if i can pick it up today, but alas the number doesnt even work, couldnt be any worse if they tried.

Needed to ship a large box to China. None of the employees knew if they could ship it. Asked for her manager and he says it was too big to ship. They said they think it is too heavy. It was 40lbs. Even i know that the weight limit is 70lbs and they refused to send it. Went to the usps in Marion and they helped me and got it figured out with great customer service without any issues. These guys dont know their own regulations!!

I had called the main post office in Cedar Rapids Iowa and had terrible customer service and I mean terrible very very rude. I ended up calling this post office a gentleman answered he was very polite he helped me with exactly the question I had even apologize for the other guys inconsiderateness very very pleased.

Went to the 60th street NE post office 2 weeks ago & signed papers to resume mail delivery at my address . In the two weeks since then no mail has been delivered & no one answers the phone . So now another trip back to the post office to see if they can get it right . Irritated !!
