After a few months of following the chain of command on filing complaints against my postal carrier. And the post masters failed retaliations attempt to cause my unemployment, by filling false claims with my employer. We are back to with holding my mail.............their are absolutely no enforceable laws that prevents the USPS from refusing to follow their own policies and procedures or Harassment. This has been a three yr battle for my family who has had to have police escorts to pick up parcels the carrier refuses to deliver. Harassed at my place of employment, myself and my children have been yelled at on numerous occasions by this maniac. And the law doesnt protect us. I can file as many complaints as I choose but the laws are only set up to protect their employees. Btw it wouldnt allow me not to select a star rating

I was at this post office today 8/17 Like fifteen minutes before 6pm when they close. I had alot of books to package, as I almost done a guy shouted at me that they are closed.I politely told him I was there before 6pm. A lady by the name Janice asked me to just finish and she will serve me. I hurriedly finished packaging them as she rang them up. When I went to pay I discovered I did not have my wallet! And thats when hell broke loose. They started cursing and shouting at me that I was lying! Another young lady started to unpack my books and throwing them at the counter. I apologized but none of them were listening. This was the worst I have ever been treated. Yes I forgot my wallet but that did not warrant such a treatment.

The couple of times Ive been there, the old ladies that work behind the counters were very rude. As if they hated their job and quite honestly, they seemed racist. I waited in line and noticed they smiled and were very patient with all the white customers but when a minority came up to the front of the line, they were very rude and dismissive. When it was MY turn, I walked up to the lady and smiled and was very nice and clear with what I was looking for, the old lady was rude and tried to rush me! I HATE going to this post office, they need to hire different people and I hope that someone can do something about the attitude of the employees.

The in house staff are always very kind & sometimes pretty funny. But being a customer on the delivery route is cause for deducted a star for the following reasons; Ive only been in this area for a few years & the postman in charge of this route has changed many times. Some have been great!!! But others terrible. My complaint lies with them. Im hopeing for a good one soon & that they stay.

Always a long line. Never good customer service. A package for my business was dropped there from FedEx and 9 days later FedEx directed me to contact this Post Office. They never answer their phone and do not have a voice mailbox setup. Very frustrating when youre waiting for an important package and there is no one to help you track it down when it is very late in being delivered.

Customer service bad compared to ups store . This was the first time I have ever shipped a package through usps , the employee got in a angry mood because I didnt tape the shipping label onto my package . Ups employee always tape my shipping label for me . Luckily there was a female customer behind me who had a roll of tape and offer to help me tape up my label for me ....

Can take anywhere from 1min to 17min depending on the time you come. Commonly during rush hour is the busiest. 2/5 because the one time I go a year, the lady just had to be rude. Its your job, dont be rude to us just for having a question. We ask because we dont know. Please be patient with everyone.

This is the worst post office EVER... ALWAYS losing peoples items. Most of the deliverers are Angry...lazy & mean & they were ALWAYS "losing" or "misplacing" things I HATE THIS LOCATION & to top it off the window workers are miserable as well...PISSED i had to give at least 1 star they deserve -10

They were very rude. I was trying to send an international package and wasnt sure how to do it. After being sent back repeatedly I just left. I wasnt upset for having to fix it as I was not sure how to do and hadnt done it right. I was upset at how rude they were.

Probably the worst usps location to go to. Usually slow in terms of service, and Ive definitely encountered some rude and hostile staff members. Id avoid this location if possible
