There should really be a star less than 1 as this has been the worst encounter with a postal service that Ive ever experienced. I paid for two pieces of mail to be delivered First Class, Certified Mail to a location in St. Paul. The delivery date was supposed to be a guaranteed date, and that was 11 (ELEVEN) days ago! I tracked to package to the listed facility given by the USPS website as this location in Eagan. After several attempts to call the branch, no one answered the phone. Finally, days later, someone answered, and I was greeted by an extremely rude employee. He was extremely aggressive and insulting. I had to request for him to treat me with respect and to be polite as I was simply inquiring as to the location of my packages. He proceeded to tell me that their location had been having difficulty with certified mail, and his tone even insinuated that this was somehow my fault! Since then, Ive been trying to track down these two pieces of mail and have been tossed around in an email chain between supervisors. These emails are appalling, too! I was basically told by one of the supervisors that they are too busy to look for my mail and to just wait for it to arrive to its destination... someday... if ever. Even though I paid for certified! Ive requested information TWICE on how to receive a refund and none of the supervisors will give me this information. Do everything you can to avoid this post office. Its quite a shame that a customer has to request basic respect, their mail to actually be delivered, and information from those who are supposed to provide it.

Pathetic service!!! I used to be a mailman. In my location we would have all been fired for this kind of service. My mailman is too flipping lazy to get out of his truck on a 72 degree day and deliver mail if a car has taken one foot of his yellow line. Those mail trucks can maneuver through almost any tight spot. In addition, it takes him, sometimes, several hours to just deliver our street. WHAT!!!? I was on foot for most of my routes and I still did a block in only a few minutes. Plus, he wont simply drive a whole 30 feet to our door and deliver them to our house, thats to hard? I have tried over and over and over and over again to contact someone to reschedule a simple package to be redelivered but no one answers the phone. The mailman is just sitting on my packages and wont deliver them? FedEx gave them some to deliver over a week ago and the email says to call and reschedule. The mailman put, "Notice Left (Receptacle Blocked)". PFFT! More like, I am too lazy to get out of my truck and walk 3 feet to the box and delver the mail on gorgeous, beautiful days. Give me a break. Weak, lame, and pathetic! Do your job or go find another one and let someone else who is willing to work hard for his family take your place! As far as the PO itself, management better pull their head outta their butts and service the people like they are designed to do. Answer the phone to start.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered a package that regrettably came through USPS. After a week and a half of no tracking updates, yet having received a tracking number, I began to worry. When following the tracking number, the package was claimed to have been delivered to my locked mailbox on Friday. It wasnt there. I received a push notification the following Saturday saying it was actually delivered. It wasnt there. Attempted to file a lost/missing package claim and the website gave error messages. Attempted to track the package again through USPSs website, guess what? More error messages. Attempting to get a hold of someone on the phone is a lesson in futility. I understand things can get screwy when dealing with large volumes of mail, however, thats the whole point of the mail service. If problems do happen, their customer service should be more customer friendly and less error prone. The package I order was needed for a job on a time crunch and strict deadline that has now been crossed. USPS failed me. UPS or FedEx will get my business from now on.

The customer service here is just as all the negative reviews state. The employees are rude, inconsiderate, and clearly hate their jobs. They are being paid to treat people unkindly, and nothing is stopping that. The old white lady is THE worst, as she behaves as though customers are stupid and unimportant. The Asian lady responds as though she has not a clue to what is going on with new stamps & postage requirements, and pretends to not understand English beyond basic words. Each of the males that have worked the window seem to hate their job, and even worse, the customers that they serve. The managers at this location are purely argumentative and do not handle their duties. Never have I experienced a post office with this much all-around employee indifference toward their customers and anger toward their job. Here is a solution: let them find a career they can appreciate (perhaps gain an education) and hire post office employees that WANT to do the work involved. This is supposed to be Eagan, not a third world communist country.

This is the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I paid extra to have my product delivered priority - 3 business days. The seller did everything they could om their end to make sure i received my product on time. Day 3 rolls around and my package is sitting at this post office. Instead of going out for delivery it continues to sit there. They will not answer the phones, red flag, most likely because they know the line is full of people with questions and complaints. This place is beyond lazy. I needed my order by that third day, hence paying extra for it. Now, being past the deadline, it has far less value to me and i wasted the additional cost of the priority shipping. This place needs to be reported and to recycle its employees. They are absolute garbage.

The staff at this location are rude and unhelpful. After tracking a package online, I found that delivery had supposedly been attempted yesterday. I received no card in my mailbox or on my door alerting me of this. When I called, Emily placed me on hold while she located my package. 22 minutes later, I was still on hold. I hung up and called back. Emily answered again and was extremely rude, telling me she wouldnt continue to look for my package and she didnt know where it was. When I asked her what I should do, Emily hung up on me. EMILY is EXTREMELY unhelpful, mean and rude. Her customer service skills are TERRIBLE. If she treats other people this way, she should be fired immediately.

They dont answer telephone. I called for 1/2 hour straight. The receptionist doesnt even answer. For an unknown reason they were able to deliver 2 packages to my daughters address and then her address was unknown and packages couldnt be delivered. The first package sent back was wrapped in saran, crushed, and wet. Waste of money. Ill switch to a different service. Zero stars if it were possible! UPDATE: I was finally able to get through to an employee who was very helpful and got the package turned around and delivered. All I can say is if they dont answer the phone right away, keep trying. Im changing my rating to 4 stars as everything was taken care of as promised.
