The gals at the service counter are always nice to me but my carrier is the worst Ive ever had in my life. Mail goes everywhere - my neighborhood is constantly swapping mail to the correct person because this carrier is sloppy and careless. I will frequently get a "final notice" to pick up a package but never received a 1st or 2nd notice and my package has been waiting 10 days at the post office. Or Ill get a text from Amazon saying my package was delivered but there is no pick up slip in my box so I have to go the USPS bldg and tell them I know I have something waiting even though my carrier didnt leave notice. In the past 5 months, Ive had at least the following items missing (and never found): $50 of state fair tickets, a new credit card, a book ordered from Barnes & Noble, a picture frame ordered from Amazon, frequently missing magazines, and, most recently, a package of clothing from Macys. And who knows what else has been sent to me that I never received if it wasnt something I was expecting.

I ordered a package and the expected time was 1-2 business days, it has now been a week. I understood that that was a generous estimate so I waited five days and it still didnt show up, so i went there to see if it was had trouble with delivery. when there, the service was horrible and lacked effort. I came again the next day because the tracking said " Package transferred to post office" instead of, electronic information. they told me that nothing had actually changed. generally a very annoying experience.

Literally the worst service ever. Some days the mail doesnt come until 7 pm! Sometimes, a package that says was delivered was in fact NOT delivered! It was still in the mail truck! I especially love it when I get a "sorry we missed you slip" in our mailbox when we have 5 of us here ALL day!! So they were just too lazy to get out of the truck to give a knock on the door so we have to go to the post office to get our mail or package.

I cannot believe someone who is too incompetent to deliver a package to the correct address. My scathing rage will reach the intensity of 1,000 suns and my hatred will be unending for your mistake. You have ruined my week. Congratulations. I will avoid USPS as MUCH as possible. (my package never got delivered) (I posted on 3 USPS sites because it never was stated which one so enjoy your 1 stars)

Horrible! Theyve delivered my packages to the wrong place multiple times. Good thing I get text notifications to know they are delivered, so the packages can be hunted down. Then when you call they always make it sound like you didnt look for the package. Horrible service. Good luck getting your mail!

i get the wrong peoples mail all the time and gives my mail/packages to other people. so far all i can tell is that there are like 2 people working there that care and know what they are doing and they work in back.

Consistently holds packages and does not return to sender *or* leave any notice in the mail box. I have to have everything shipped via FedEx because of it. The absolute worst mail-delivery service imaginable.

So funny to read all these reviews about missing packages because when my package showed delivered but wasnt at my house, the post office denied losing it and said their carrier never does that.

They are amazing with my 10+ packages a day, specifically my postman who comes to my house, scans all packages, and they really move everything quickly.
