If you can avoid it, just ship with another carrier. We frequently get notified of packages being delivered, but they never arrived. We have a locking postal box on site, so it is not like someone stole them. So I can only assume their carriers just lied and ditched the packages. If someone from the USPS is reading this, please, please, please audit this place and replace the post master and carriers here. We had one packing coming to our office that was "lost" for a while until it turned up in Chicago. It eventually was permanently lost and never arrived. Over and over, packages are marked as delivered to our location, but never show up. Getting packages would be more reliable if they just dumped them in a big pile and said "find which one is yours!" These guys in Vadnais Heights and White Bear Lake are so incompetent that they make other parts of government look like they know what they are doing. Run away fast and dont look back. If you are receiving a package in the area, request an alternative shipping method.

Everytime I come here the service is great. I actually live closer to another location, but because of how friendly and helpful the staff is here, I will continue coming to this location. There is a man, I think his name is Scott (older gentleman with dark hair) and everytime I come in he is so helpful. I never have any idea what Im doing when it comes to sending packages, but hell make a few jokes and walk me through everything and never seems bothered by helping. I am very pleased with the level of service here.

I would say this is your typical US Post Office. Lines are typically long and tend to move slow. You can tell that the employees hate their job for working at $10 an hour. I would recommend if you show up here during a busy time to give yourself at least a 30-minute Head Start and to have everything filled out before you arrive here. You can tell that the employees do not like their job are unfriendly and do not want to be there.

Every time I try to speak to someone, theres a guy that doesnt let me speak and sends me off to another facility. Also Ive called multiple of times during their open schedule and it takes a million rings before they answer. Worse postal service by far!!!

Worst post office ever. Didnt deliver a package because it was too heavy so I had to get it. It was a 3 pound package!! Now that Ive moved they arent forwarding my mail, seriously the worst.
