3 times in a row Ive paid for "Priority Mail" 2-Day shipping and its taken 3+ days to get here, and not only that, they have no idea where it is. One time, I needed it that day and I called them, gave them the tracking number and they said "oh yeah you can come in and pick it up, come just before 5 to be sure the truck got back. Which I thought meant the guy just forgot to leave the package which is frustrating enough. Then add in the fact that I waited in the post office for over a half hour just for them to say "its not here, you might get it tomorrow" The price is right, but dont use them if you mind loosing the item youre shipping.

Pat is super rude. A package was delivered separate from our mail. I was voicing my frustration because it came after our mail so sat in the mailbox all night. He tells me he doesnt have to take the "abuse" and hangs up. I call back and ask for a supervisors information and he tells me he doesnt have to give that information. Then he gives me a fake name. I call the next morning and no one works there by that name. I talk to the manager. I really wish I didnt have to deal with them. Luckily our carrier is awesome.

Being a productive real estate company we are always going to the post office to mail various letters and parcels. The post office in Downtown White Bear Lake is always our go to. We have always found friendly and fast service at this post office and the staff seem very helpful in choosing which delivery method is most cost effective. The location could not be more convenient, being only a couple blocks off of 61 and in the heart of Downtown White Bear Lake.

I go out of my way to visit this Post Office. It is well located and offers exactly what I need. As far as it being a dump, I dont see that. It is a Post Office, what exactly would make it not a dump? Lace curtains? Anyways, the staff are fabulous and are always able to help and answer questions.

I HAVE YET TO MEET ANYONE WHO WORKS AT THIS FACILITY BUT SO FAR ALREADY WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO ONE TO PICK UP THE CALL ESPECIALLY WHEN I NEEDED A PACKAGE PUT ON HOLD AT THIS FACILITY FOR PICK UP!

This is the slowest Post Office ever if you want to stop in to mail something. [Most of] the employees are very kind, but theyre always understaffed and the line is out the door beyond just the lunch hour. Its frustrating.

Tried holding my mail three times there, and they cannot even figure out that simple task. They also dont answer the phone there either, so Ive had to drive 20 minutes twice to find out they didnt hold my mail.

Like any other post office, this place is always packed and very slow. Make sure you plan ahead of time before you show up.
