They keep on changing the package delivery rules and now are refusing to deliver packages to my apartment I have to go pick them up at my leasing office because they say the mail man cant go any further than mailbox in the apartment buildings but the leasing office is an apartment inside of the building so there rule makes no sense. This would be the 4th change to the rules in a month

Service is fast, sometimes there can be a small line of maybe 4 people. The woman who is always working the register up front is helpful. The only thing I dont care for about this place, is that they always send me mail for people who do not live at my house. I even have wrote them a list, more than once, stating if the name isnt on the list, do not send it to my house.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with in my life. Multiple packages that say they are delivered, and then they arent in our mailbox. Running a business from home is insanely hard when you cant depend on mail delivery. This would be my 5th formal complaint in little over a year, seriously, this isnt that hard!!!!!
