Lost package, delivered to the incorrect lock box and address. Absolutely poor communication and follow up for help. They did not offer any type of resolution for package that they delivered to the wrong person. When I called for an update after two weeks they were rude and refused to give me details for a call back or resolution.

I am constantly getting other peoples mail and they are getting mine! Ive been living in Rosemount 1 year and this has been consistent. Ive never had this issue with usps. They really need some work at this location.
