Inside customer service is great but the route delivery is horriable. You better just get your packages to hold at the facilty becuase they will not deliver. Numerous times we have gotten nondeliverable notices while we are home watching the driver pull away. We then have to call and pick them up at the facilty the next day. This seems to be a normal practice for the deliver. The message always says there is not a safe place to leave the package. Guess they think the front door step is not safe :( better bring my shoes in.

When I go to the post office they are great but our route carrier cant seem to get anything in the right box!! He / She has messed up our delivery at least 6 times in the last three months.... Might I suggest you mark the boxes so you know where you are cramming peoples mail? Is that to much to ask, you know match the numbers up....look at names....put all the mail from the same person in the same box...?

The Staff at this Post Office is outstanding. They really try to make everyone feel welcome. They know several of the patrons by name and always greet everyone by saying hello. When the lines start to get long, the other workers come forward to help and do their best to get everyone in and out in a timely fashion. Great bunch of people at this location.

Takes longer than usual to receive letters. Short business hours. No self service machine. Weve lived here for a year and today I got my third "Sorry We Missed You" note while Im home. You didnt miss me! Apparently, they dont like delivering bulky or heavy parcels.

Horrible service. Cant wait to leave this place, nothing but a waste of time and no straight answers even when they tell you to come in by a certain time only to find out they forgot.

Ive been here several times since being stationed at Fort Polk, LA. The customer service is great and warm. They support military personnel very much.

They are open until 3:30pm but yet you get a busy signal when you call at 3. Your open until 3:30pm that includes the phones!
