It terrifies me to know that these people are responsible for things that I spend a lot of money on getting to me. These have to be the most incompetent employees I have ever had to interact with. Every single time we order something theres some issue. They supposedly never know anything about my package any time I call or go in person to the post office. They have lost packages and returned things to the sender for no reason. After a few instances of this happening I started going up there to pick things up when the tracker said it had reached the post office. Of course every time I go up there they look at me like Im a huge inconvenience and an idiot. The guy rummages through the same bin every time and says he has no idea where it is and "maybe tomorrow". These people are imbeciles and will most certainly lose your hard earned purchases if you frequently shop online. If you have the option definitely ask the company youre ordering from to use a different delivery service like UPS, FED EX etc. This post office should be shut down immediately. They should not let people who are this lazy, incompetent and honestly just unintelligent be responsible for things that we pay any amount (sometimes very large amount) of money for.

The people working their are absolutely worthless and incompetent. I look at my delivery status and it says by 8pm... 8:15 I call ups... they say it was sent to the post office and theyre not going to deliver it (kinda thought that was their thing). The fact that they just refuse to do their job would be tolerable if they would at least let me know via... oh idk, MAIL! or possibly someone leaving a letter on my door. But instead they just decided to be fat and lazy and flat out lie about delivering it and didnt feel it was important to let me know that their sitting on my package (probably literally, doing nothing) so I get to sit at home waiting for absolutely nothing.

I had a package marked as delivered but it was not in my mailbox, so I called to see what happened. They answered the phone immediately, and the lady who answered was very helpful and patient. She took my phone number and information and said she would contact the carrier. I got a call back first thing the next morning letting me know they found it and it would be delivered immediately. I was expecting to never receive my package and to have a very bad experience, so I was very surprised when my issue was resolved so quickly.

Ordered multiple packages that have come up "Delivered" on tracking status, but have never actually been delivered. Have also had issues getting into speaking with a representative, and when you do everyone acts clueless. Not to mention horrible business hours, so most packages get delivered around the same time the business closes, so if theres an issues you have to wait until the next day. not to mention they are closed on sunday. A government facility observing sunday...wheres the separation of church and state?

This place is filthy as hell! Plus I went in there to get my package that had a tracking number, and the dude was fricking fighting me for the tracking number. I read it to him and he said if I checked the office, and I said yeah. I told him the USPS tracking app said business was closed and he said Yeah, I know I have it up here. Plus, be sure your drivers arent so fricking stupid, because we I had a package that was supposed to be delivered one day and the lady didnt have it. *I WILL NOT SHIP THROUGH USPS!"

I have had terrible service the past couple of weeks since my regular carrier has been gone. I sure hope Sherry gets back soon. She is great .. Sometimes it takes 2-3 carriers to get the mail delivered. I have seen 3 of them sitting in my cultesac before, trying to figure it out. Sometimes they drive right by 2-3 times before they finally come in to my box area. Im not mad, but just wandering how usps could sent people out there that havent got a clue as to whats going on. PLEASE SHERRI, GET BACK SOON !!!

I dont know whats up with the bad reviews I have been delivered mail by this distribution center for over 10 years now and only less than a handful of incidents and they were minor for example very late in the day deliveries or not getting an item until the next delivery day even though tracking said I should have got it that day. I use mailing services that send out and receive large items almost daily for years and they are always accurate mostly. Overall great people. Thanks USPS S. Campbell people.

This distro center has, in the last year and a half, lost, delivered to the wrong address or straight up lied about delivering my packages at least a dozen times. I have had to call and have them track, find, retrieve and re deliver my packages to the right place so many times that I cannot even count. Once, a manager had to deliver packages after hours because a driver scanned as delivered, never took them off the truck and then took them back to the distro center after lying about it.

They constantly deliver my mail and packages to incorrect address one street over! Street names arent even similar, I dont understand how they get them mixed up! I have to track down my packages and mail myself when they show as delivered but sometimes the people at the other house dont answer their door and I dont want to go through their mailbox. Infuriating that this post office doesnt care enough to pay attention to street names on mail.

I had two books arriving in the mail. Ive had over 50 books delivered to me before, and the mailwoman always brought them to my door. Sometimes a substitute delivers on her off days. This is the second time that degenerate REFUSED to deliver my packages. Instead he dropped a Sorry We Missed You Card in my mailbox. I was waiting at my door when suddenly I hear him driving off! Very angry. Very disappointed.

I usually just get a busy signal every time I call this office, but I just called this morning and had someone pick up the first time I called :) whenever I have actually gone to this office to pick up mail, they have always been kind and courteous, it is just frustrating that you sometimes cant get someone on the phone! [UPDATE] I called again today for something different, and again got helped very quickly!

I was told that I moved without my knowledge....for some reason they have been returning my mail to the sender....when I called to find out what happened the person that answered the phone accused me of sending my own mail back ...WOW....so this is the Worst experience I have EVER had!!!! I am still missing a package and they dont know what happened!!! :-(

It would be nice to have a post office that answers the phone and doesnt take it off the hook for the day. It is impossible to get a hold of my post office and it is not located near my home but across town...it is over 5 miles from my house and there isnt any quick way to get there. If I have a question or problem there isnt anyone to get a hold of.

My post office is horrible! It returns packages to seller for no apparent reason, looses packages and the phone line is always busy! I cant trust the fact I will receive my mail. I dont know what is going on but this is worst post office I have ever had to deal with. ARghh!
