Utterly disappointed in my experience. Package was sent to three separate post offices before it was delivered. Employee at one location refused to give me a name or employee number and wouldnt notify me if they even knew where my package was much less if they had it. Ultimately, I contacted the postal inspector to file a complaint and that I was under the impression my package had been stolen since the post office was actively refusing to provide me with correct tracking information (tracking number information was incorrect). Postal inspector was genuinely nice and concerned unlike anyone at the office level. The folks I dealt with epitomize the definition of a cushy government job. The worst part about it all was the items were firearms in transit from one dealer to another (which is 100% legal). Nice to see the post office so concerned about tracking federally regulated items!

Really dissatisfied customer, i have moved to a new location been here 3 months got mail at first but now i dont even get mail at all, its been a month now since i have gotten any mail so i decided to meet the mail man, when i met the mail man at my apartment complex i asked for my mail he said no problem and gave me another apartments mail...i was looking directly at my box and he gave me someone else mail....really guy...really... called customer serivce been on hold for 25 minutes just to figure out my issue and all she did was give me a case number without me even knowing whats its for untill i asked what this sequence of numbers mean...so then she decided to tell me now i have to wait another 24-48 hours for someone to call me to see whats going on...HOW AWESOME. i have done a change of address already so WHATS THE DEAL USPS GIVE ME MY MAIL

As with every job some people try hard, and some smoke crack and get by. I live in the Midwest and package that came from MO went through this post office, they promptly sorted it and then sent it to the other side of the country: Oregon. I guess this Holiday season was rough and with all the crap going on some people are a tizzy. A mistake was made, but from all the reviews this particular USPS hub needs help. It helps to always over estimate delivery times cause no matter what service you use, stuff like this can happen.

Ordered multiple packages that have come up "Delivered" on tracking status, but have never actually been delivered. Have also had issues getting into speaking with a representative, and when you do everyone acts clueless. Not to mention horrible business hours, so most packages get delivered around the same time the business closes, so if theres an issues you have to wait until the next day. not to mention they are closed on sunday. A government facility observing sunday...wheres the separation of church and state?

Having to chase down yet another package that didnt get delivered. The last time this happened my regular mail carrier found my package which had been placed in someone elses mailbox. The Post Office used to be reliable. I wish Amazon would quit doing business with them. United Parcel Service (UPS) is way more reliable. The Post Offices customer service is horrible. At one time, I thought Id get a PO Box and maybe that would help, but it made things worse. My regular mail carrier is great, but due to retire soon.

Ordered a passport and it was supposed to be here last Saturday. It of course didnt happen. So we looked online and it said undeliverable. So we called and they said "its undeliverable and its being sent back to the sender." So we asked why, and they had no idea. Its been about a week later and no one knows where it is. So this passport is SOMEWHERE in America and they have no idea where.

Postal workers should not be allowed to spray mace at dogs confined to their backyard by a fence! We wonder why dogs hate postal workers? Dogs bark to protect their property and should be allowed to be free from attack in their own back yard. Before you say you should try delivering mail I did. I worked a rural route and never sprayed a dog that was loud but contained.

While I understand that mailing things near Christmas is time consuming and stressful, it makes me even more stressful and impatient while I know there are employees available and theyre all just chatting away behind the counter like there isnt 10-12 people waiting to be served and only 3 service desks open out of the 5-6 available.

I always use USPS when I can to send and receive my Amazon books and Ebay things. Ive never had a problem with them, theyre cheaper than UPS or Fedex, and the more we as a country use their service the better options and cheaper stamps will become.

They get their jobs done as quickly as possible if you want it faster then use a different service which is more expensive and takes the same amount of time unless you pay more but usps is the cheapest and fastest way to get things done

I enjoy mailing my packages at the Main Post Office. The window clerks are extremely knowledgeable of the current mailing standards out of D.C. and I know my mailings will arrive within those imposed standards.

Well, its the main post office. There is always a line, but understandable. THere are different decorations and local memorabilia to intrigue the eyes while you are waiting. Friendly and helpful staff.

Always long lines. Never enough people working. A consistently bad experience. On the other hand, the bulk mail service is always friendly and excellent for the handful of folks that use that service.

This comment about this location. Clerks err on the side of friendly, so not terribly quick... be prepared to wait. Automated machine in outer lobby and drive-thru boxes in rear.

Phone number doesnt help, had issues with a male clerk while trying to send a package via COD. A clerk at the post office on Glenstone was much more helpful.

Rude staff - not super long lines 24/7 so thats a plus. They also need better/bigger boxes to choose from.
