On Friday, 6-21-13, the company I work for had to have a box sent to FL for overnight delivery. At 1st I thought the guy was joking with me because he was so sarcastic - telling me the box was not right - so he put US Express tape on the box -(we do our own postage at work) I was not aware - and then told me with this box I owed another $20.00 - so I flipped out 20 bucks and told him this box had to go and I was sorry. Well then he gets another box which was not the same size for our drafting papers, squished them in and I was made to look like a fool with a line to the door. 15 minutes for all this - Monday I found out at work that the wrong side of the box was used. Now this nasty little man should have told me that since he was so sarcastic and rude. Then since I tried to give him money for the "bad box" he could have easy used the size box I had and used the right side. NASTY Man. Kept many people waiting while he used his "power" to embarass and show who was boss at the post office. This is not the only time this post office has messed around with us. Usually I do not have a face - this time I do. It is no wonder the post office is losing money if they have to many employees like this. By the way the other man at the counter seemed very nice - while I was standing in line he did not belittle a woman that was having trouble with something. When she left my "nasty" little man in a loud voice made rude remarks about her too so all could hear.

10/01/2016 I went to send a package to Panama, and the old stupid serving woman in this office told me to put the address in English of a super racist way, saying that we were in America, only I tell that embittered lady, no one is forcing her to come work, stay at home. No such respect for those customers who give food to this lady.

Ive learned not to use my apartments address for package delivery because of these folks, and so I could comfortably ignore them in relative peace for a couple of years - save for the odd, often unsalvageable and almost aggressively crumpled documents, bills and forms that would periodically turn up in my mailbox. But thats okay, right? I could squish some of those back into place. Use a little Scotch tape. Let our landlady drive over there and sort things up for the umpteenth time. She can go wait in line for forty minutes and deal with the parade of surly employees. She can chase the inconsistencies and track the send-backs. I was done with that. But the other day, I went down to my mailbox - one of many, each under individual lock and key, assigned to their respective residents - only to open it onto a scene of carnage: Envelope upon envelope was violently torn open, birthday checks and Christmas cash gone from their cards. So that tore it. Ive been irritated, now Im disgusted. I dont like that Im locked into dealing with this place at all, though moving isnt in the cards for my husband and I, yet. But when representatives of a place go from "immature nuisance" to "probably actively criminal," I figure I might as well complain about it and warn others, in between calling up and telling our friends and family to stop the checks.

If I could give less stars I would! We went in Saturday October 1st.. to send a package to a friend that is currently in panama! The only woman that was there that day treated us like we were pure crap.. her condescending attitude needs to come down.. she kept saying the address had to be in English (but its a native name, cant be translated.. its a freaking city in panama! Which by the way is in America also.. the continent of America.. )she kept saying were in America blah blah.. like what is that supposed to mean? Ive shipped other stuff to other Central American countries and never had an issue up until that day.. that woman was so racist and judgements.. literally screaming and treating us like we were stupid.. someone needs to remind her that shes a simple worker at the post office and shes no better than anybody.. she needs to learn to treat people with respect! They should hire smarter people.. people that understand that citys names cant just be changed and that theres other countries in this continent... it was such. Horrible experience! Please work on suponer service and hire nicer people!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never have I ever experienced such awful customer service at any store in my life. The lady working at the time was rude and gave me attitude when I tried to ask questions- she acted like I was dumb for asking questions! I was trying to ship a package to a soldier overseas in a country that doesnt predominantly speak English. I was trying to ask if I also needed the shipping address in the countrys home language in addition to English, to make sure it would arrive at the correct destination. All she kept rudely saying was "this is America, we speak English!" She said it like 4 times within 5 minutes. Yes I am aware, I was born in this country. English is the only language I speak. The more I tried to explain my situation the angrier she got at ME. All I wanted to do was send a gift to a soldier overseas. I walked out of that place with my package and will never return.

wish i could give no stars.... customer service is trash here not only in person but also over the phone. if you call you better pray you dont speak to Jane, makes YOU the tax paying customer ( whos paying her salary) feel stupid that THEY cant find your package. They put you on hold for unbeliveable amounts of time just to come back on the phone to insult your intellegence again. I asked politly to please hold on a second so i can locate my tracking # becasue i was told " your pretty much hopeless unless you can provide me with that #) and her responds was " Nope you can just call us back later" then proceeded to hang up on me. im disgusted with my experince with this location and will just start shipping with fed ex or ups from now on as the USPS clearly doesnt value their customers or buisness.

I have only been living in the area a little over 7 months and Ive had numerous issues with this post office. I dont know where to start or what I should discuss. The customer service is horrible. The staff never answers the phone so you have to physically go down to the building. I sent a package and it was returned to my PO Box. No one could find the package and I was told it was still in Eagan. Turns out it wasnt one of the clerks found it in the wrong place. I wanted to find out why it was returned and I never could get an answer. Everyone passes the buck and even the lazy Postmaster. They dont do their jobs. Just shows up to work for a paycheck. This is by far the worse post office Ive ever used.
