With the exception of a single employee, the pace of the workers here can most kindly be described as ‘glacier’. Nothing, not rain nor heat nor gloom of night, will speed them up to a pace faster than a meander. The line can, and frequently does, stretch out the door. The only thing they’re quick about is closing the gate right at 5:00 pm so they won’t be bothered by additional customers. The general attitude is one of complete and soul searing apathy. The only reason I come here is because its where my packages are held when I’m not home for delivery. As I stand outside the post office, in that line of poor desperate creatures that share my torment, I began to consider moving to a different city, so that I never again have to see this house of torment.

This post office us pretty much useless. They failed to deliver a package I ordered, and said it was "undeliverable" at the address. I am absolutely positive that I had the correct address because my room mates and I receive other mail. I had to reorder the package with the SAME address written on it, and when the delivery person came by when I was gone they left no information about how to receive the package. Just a poorly filled out slip with little information. I have also had to personally deliver mail that was wrongly delivered to my house multiple times. This is just laziness. Ive never seen a post office fail to serve so consistently. This place is a mess, avoid using their services if possible.

My father was a 5 star letter carrier for 30 yrs in MPLS. These days times have changed. Our newest mailman should NOT be carrying mail! He constantly misplaces important mail and delivers it to the wrong addresses! You simply cannot trust your important mail to get delivered to its correct destination! The problem is, the PO is a quasi Govt run agency and no one ever gets fired. They can hide behind incompetence cause the corrupt unions and Uncle Sam will protect them. Its no wonder they are a failing dinosaur! Fed Ex & UPS would never stand for this level of incompetence!!!

My business had a PO Box at this post office- they lost *at least* FIVE pieces of mail of ours! These pieces of mail happened to have checks in them that our clients were sending to us, and it made the business look so unprofessional that we couldnt receive mail properly. I called the Post Office and complained quite a few times, at one point one of the supervisors went on an extensive search and found ONE of the lost pieces of mail- but not the other four. Anyway- as soon as our contract was up, we switched to a box at the UPS store. Worst post office experience ever!

I would also give zero stars id possible. I simply wanted to mail a package that I had already paid for postage. Unfortunayely I didnt have time to drop it off until a couple days later, and after waiting in line I was literally condescendingly scolded for waiting to drop it off...within 30 seconds of approaching the worker! Extremely rude. I would have been happy to pay the extra postage if she had just explained things halfway respectfully.

Lazy staff at the parcel pick up window. Pressed the help button waited 10 mins, finally i opened the door and asked for help. The guy saw me standing and waiting for about another 3 mins before he acknowledged me then informed me that the other line takes care of pick ups at that time.....wtf. I now understand why people make fun of the post office...customer service was poor to say the least....

Only been here about 5 times due to having a PO closer to my house but this is where my mail is routed so I only come here to pick up packages that are for some reason not delivered. Always an extremely long line, with only 1 staff member behind the desk. Very unfriendly majority of the time.

Over a 2 week period, packages on 3 separate dates were delivered to the wrong address. Normally, I would rate that a zero. However Jeremiah, a supervisor was excellent in resolving the situation. He gets a 5 but his delivery person gets a 0 Thanks again Jeremiah

Lines are often too long #1. This post office lost a Valentines package I sent to California #2 But the worst (#3) was overcharging for stamps! Check your receipts and purchase insurance because something is going on here! I will not visit this location again!

Paid $90.00 online for a new po box with no keys and they didnt know when Id even get keys. All this delay cost me time, and a missed doctors appointment. Do they even care that their horrible service and poor time management costs customers time and money?
