I just moved to this tiny, rural, community with a population of about 2500. Yet this post master, who has such a small area to supervise, is rude and sarcastic when I called them about a certified letter delivery. I guess she was upset that she had to talk to a real person. Its sad because we cant go to another post office so we have to put up with this nonsense that this post office is up too. But they collect their paychecks each week and have all kinds of federal perks and benefits but cant even act civil on the phone or deliver mail. And Carol, she needs to grow up or quit and let someone else do the job.

The woman who delivers our mail is always extremely rude and gives less than a minute for a person to get to the door for deliveries. She also does not update the postal information to stop giving us mail for people who do not live here (for 4 years now!!). After repeatedly attempting to update the information I have tried calling the post office and of course, no one answers.

I dont know how could they be delivering the wrong mail to the wrong addresses this is very unacceptable if I could I would give them less than one star, hope that they fix this issue, soon because it keeps happening.

I love our local post office. Both the postwoman and postman are extremely friendly, they ship things fast, and Ive never had a damaged item (and I mail a TON)! Thanks for the good work, keep it up!
