This is probably one of the worst USPS locations in the surrounding Twin Cities area...and Ive been to quite a few. I dont know the issue is or why; but some of the employees here often seem to have the least concern about helping you or care about your needs. Its unfortunate as there are a few stellar employees here that treat you like a real customer. The most recent example being this week (9/7), two ladies were working. One was occupied and being very helpful to all of her customers. The other just looked like she could care less if frozen had just frozen over. When customers came up to the line and she was open, she walked around and ignored everyone--practically doing everything she could instead of helping the customer in line. Meanwhile, the other lady was very courteous and promptly pulled the next customer when she was available. The underperforming lady and a few others can bring the experience down for everyone else. Please review and address these employees as its unfortunately (and incorrect) reflection for the rest of the USPS staff at this location.

Go atleast 2 hours before closing to avoid lines that back io to the po boxes. Mailman never takes outgoing mail nor does he deliver packages to my mailbox and if theres too many packages to fit in my mailbox he doesnt deliver them to my front door as his job requires I complained to his supervisorbut of course it didnt change anything. If you have had this same issue please call and complain

I live in Shakopee but honestly, I hate going to this location! The employees are rude and always have something to say about my packages that I send out. Whenever I go to the Savage location, they have no problems at all. Such a friendly atmosphere. They scan my package and ask if I want a receipt then proceed to ask if I need anything else. Simple as that. Is it that hard Shakopee USPS?

After reading many reviews here, I am not sure if it was true. Yes, certain employee talks in a hush way but I dont think it is her intention. Otherwise, I honestly it is a very good location to go. They even remember my name.

Although the store is always good to me their delivery people delivered my package to a neighbor and sent me on a wild goose chase trying to recover it.
