Clueless idiots in charge. Currently the phone does not ring... After their multiple mix ups, including returning all mail because they reported us as having moved, and we did not, and then mis delivery of items, we voiced concerns to their post master. Who said they will investigate it. Then I had 2 investigators knock on my door asking about threats to the post office. Which I did not, I was worried about mail, bills, and my sisters life giving medicine being lost... And not cheap stuff, that is time critical to get to a refrigerator once arriving. I gave day, date, and time of each of the events.... They realized something is not right at the post office, and said now they are investigating the Post Master there.... But even today, a few years later we are still encountering issues. I wish mail would just go through like its suppose to. The mail persons are friendly enough, its just there is a leadership issue or something that allows them to screw up. I have never had a issue with any other post office before. There is something just not right about this one.

I have gone to the post office multiple times. The line is almost always out the door, and even when it isnt, the wait is over 20 minutes, even if there are only 2 people ahead of me. The last time the self-service machine was out of service, which is what I had been using due to rediculous wait times. The only reason this branch is getting away with such shoddy service is because there isnt a competing location within a resonable distance. Find another branch if you can!

This place is a joke. Always long waits and fulfilling their prophecy as to why we hate and avoid them. Manager at this place is failing miserably... there is always a minimum of a 20 minute wait even if there is 5 people in line. They seem to adjust staff to make sure there is always a wait. Until they realize its about their customers and not about them, the usps will continue to fail.

This review concerns the carriers on Chestnut Drive only. Way too many times they have been careless and gotten peoples mail in the wrong boxes. Important and time sensitive mail of mine, Ive learned later, has sat in a neighbors box until they returned from out of town. All my mail went to a neighbors box this week. Numerous calls to the office have not helped.

When I worked in EP I had to often come here for a package so it didnt sit over the weekend, or deliver a bunch of stuff to get shipping after the counter closed. They were great about working with me to come through the back entrance and get business accomplished.

Weve received good steady service from these folks for over 25 years. Wait times can lengthen when busy but that can be expected and usually anticipated. Lobby has 24 hr. box that can handle postage and shipping of smaller packages which is convenient.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly - usually a fun environment. Saturday lines are extremely long! Make sure to come with at least 15-20 minutes of time.
