TERRIBLE experiences time and time again. Most recent two of my packages being scanned as Delivered to MY address yet theyre nowhere to be found! The "manager" there Kyana, has 0 enthusiasm in helping someone out, has stated that she is not acknowledging it is their fault my packages are missing, and has even hung up on me once. WHY do you work there???? Justin keeps constantly talking over me, ensuring me hed call me back, email me information on how to proceed etc. without a SINGLE email or phone call back to me, having me have to follow up with them on nearly daily basis to just be spun around in circles and be interrupted. TIRING! None of this was my fault and I went great lengths to try to find a solution. Nobody else did. Im out both of my packages and over $40.. At another time they scanned my item as delivered in my box however the carrier (unknown reason) took them back to the actual post office without leaving me a note or anything... They switch carriers constantly, sometimes my mail gets there at noon, and sometimes at 6pm, they would leave stuff at the apartment office without telling anyone or leaving a note, other times they will just deliver them, you never really know! Im ASHAMED to have this office in my neighborhood with such careless employees.

I get my neighbors mail and they get mine on a regular basis. The mail carrier lady once told me she was "too tired" to walk up the stairs to my apartment to deliver my package so she just took it back to the post office. The mail carrier before her would have my mail to me by 1:30 pm 3 o clock at the latest and my new mail carrier takes until 4 and sometimes 7 o clock before i get my mail. When I call to complain or fix a situation I only have pleasant conversation with two of the employees both female and work INSIDE the post office. figures they have morons doing all the other jobs.

Received neighbors mail a few times, have had packages that required signature that they "attempted to deliver and no one was home" and they "knock and no on was home" even though theyre on camera and literally never took the package off their vehicle and no attempt ever made to knock or even leave a notice, even though it would be unnecessary because I was home on all occasions. Have had my packages delivered to random people who came by and dropped it off after they had opened and realized the package wasnt for them.

I was told I had to pick up my mail box key at this location. When I stopped by they didnt have one and would have to order it. I stopped by today (a week later) and they still dont have the key. I was informed that the manager forgot to order one, and never even touched the note the associate left for them.

Not exactly the best location but witnessed an employee asking a man for ID before he would give him a package. Man did not have ID and started stuttering about the box and ran out. So that is something that matters...theres always some scammer or thief out there trying to take something that isnt theirs.

The postal carriers DO NOT CARE. My experience is careless, lazy, and just unmotivated.. I am ashamed to live in this neighborhood.. PLEASE you definitely need to have a team meeting or fire and rehire.. This is a service we are entitled to in this area... It is not our fault you choose to work here.

Phone number rings busy. The number listed here is the same one that the notice has. The few times I have picked up packages it has taken a while to answer their door and the staff looks unenthusiastic. Seems like there are still some nice people there though.

Put my package in wrong box! Called a few times and they take my info down, and never get back to me. I called again, they blocked my number! I am not happy because they put no effort into finding where my package is. Horrible horrible place.

This is for missed packages / pick up for Urbandale Iowa area only. Also please keep in mind no retail services what so ever ie stamps shipments etc. They have some basic forms and documents in the front though.
