This has the worst mail truck lady ever! Doesnt pick up mail in an outgoing mailbox with the RED FLAG UP!! I just can not believe it! I have a 2 page document of issues with the post office not picking up mail. I dont know what is so difficult about picking up and dropping off mail. The red flag is up = you pick up the mail! A monkey could do this job and somehow it gets screwed up at least twice a week! It doesnt make any sense!

Cindy Willaert, the mail lady, is so extremely rude! I cannot believe the post office allows her to be in contact with their customers. She is rude, obnoxious, harassing, and threatens you with empty threats. It is absolutely ridiculous. She doesnt pick up mail that is left in the outbox with the red flag up. Its the most worthless employee I have ever seen at any business.

Beautiful historic location in Downtown Mankato. Staff is always extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. Although a FedEx location is closer to my home, I always prefer to do my shipping through the United States Postal Service!

Historic building with beautiful old wood-paneled Federal Courtroom on 2nd floor, along with marble-stalled bathrooms. Badly overworked Post Office staff do the best they can with practically no support.

Worst post office ever. We lost 3 birthday cards here. And they refused to honor our insured package they smashed our movie camera. The box was clearly smashed. How evil can it get.
