I am really upset with this post office! When I come in to mail multiple packages and I spend a $100 dollars and the clerk tells be they are guaranteed to be there by Christmas Eve then that is what I expect! I have tracked and tracked but nope they dont get here by Christmas Eve! I tracked to find them to see they are out for delivery on Christmas Day, but never happened, then closed so Im still waiting wandering "Will it happen today"? The answer is NO AGAIN!! So I tracked again and apparently they are still out for delivery? Im guessing the truck is just parked somewhere? Your company gave customers deadlines to mail their packages, I paid plenty of money for services and guarantees that you have not honored! Im thinking the money is all that is honored there at the permanent expense of your customers that have been lied to and taken advantage of! Ill be going to Fed Ex forever! I tried to track and tried to call and went online and found that "thousands" of customers have lied to and taken advantage of! Just so you know those large packages were for my Air Force daughter that is stationed very far from any Family or Friends while she is grieving the loss of her Air Force husband while trying to care for their 2 year old daughter! Thanks to USPS they didnt get their gifts! Way to go.... BTW Ill be in for ALL my money back since their gifts are STILL not there!!! Pathetic!

The people at the front counter are helpful and friendly especially Garland! But as far as the "Post Master" as he called himself is horrible and rude raised his voice and went off on his employee and myself in front of others. I would not have been offended and felt like I was disrespected if he would have talked to me in a normal tone and not like I was a Dog! If he treats people and employees like this all the time this office wont have many customers!!! I Was going to move my PO box to Greenwood from fort smith but I definitely wont be now!!!

I absolutely hate this post office. We havent been getting out mail since weve moved to greenwood and weve lived here for almost a year. Ive contacted them about it several times and theyve been telling us that we just havent been getting any mail. We know for positive were using the right address. But we just found out today that they have been returning ALL of our mail to sender. They are also terrible about answering the phone. I can call them 4 times a day with no answer during there business hours! Worst post office ever!

If I Could do a minus - I would! The counter person very courtous and nice, However; the postmaster was extremely rude! He would not bother to come out so we could ask him a question, just yelled at us through the walls. A simple conversation was all that was asked of him, and he just could not be bothered. What a horrible representative of the US post office! We all need to ship UPS.
