This is specific to the passport facility...I need a expedited passport. Website said appointment needed, so, I started calling a week ago...several times a day, no answer. I left messages...no response. Took off work early (Im paid hourly, so that hurts), had completed paperwork in hand...the guy said he had been too busy to answer/respond to calls and I would have to schedule an appointment. Seems like an expensive way for someone who works an hour away from their office to make an appointment.

I made an appointment for a rushed passport 6 weeks before an emergency trip and when I got here the door was locked and nobody answered the phone. Im sitting in the lobby right now, during business hours, and theres nobody even remotely interested in doing their job. Thanks for making the already convoluted and frustrating process of international travel even worse.

Post office will not answer their phone and no call back service. Also, this postal service is the only company that cant delivered a package to my business. DHL, FedEx, and UPS have no problems making deliveries. This postal service only delivers envelopes. If they have to make an effort to talk to someone, they write a note... package cant be delivered.

I live one street over and they have trouble delivering there for some unknown reason. I came to claim the package, however it still took 25 minutes just to find out they sent it back before giving me the chance to claim it. Shoulda spent the extra three bucks for ups so I could actually get my package.

Just called and it rang and rang. Finally, I got a message that my call had been forwarded to a voicemail service, but the person at this number doesnt subscribe to the service. This is unprofessional but unfortunately what I expected from government organizations.

I can not get anyone to answer the phone to answer any questions. I waited on hold for 20 minutes or more with the 800 number and called every local post office number and no one will answer the phone.

The lady with glasses whos name I didnt catch is ALWAYS RUDE! She is very unhelpful and acts like it is a bother to be there. She disappears when lines are long and I dread being waited on by her.

Overcharging for postage. Larry says he is doing me a "favor" to calculate the postage after I stand in line and he gets his overinflated paycheck for a job a monkey could do better.
