This is the third time Ive had a package show "delivered" when I search the tracking number, but its not delivered to my home. I have paid for expedited shipping only to have packages delayed, and the people at this post office branch were not only unhelpful but werent fazed that this is the THIRD time this has happened. The tracking number says delivered - the shipper doesnt know where it is, I dont know where it is. Luckily, the packages do show up, but generally no less than three days later than expected. It is incredibly difficult to hold shippers accountable for late charges on special deliveries when the true problem is the laziness and inaccuracy of this USPS branch.

The absolute worst example of customer service that Ive seen in a post office. Wish I could give a -100 stars. Rude is not the word.... so unprofessional & utterly worthless. Pretty sad when a manager wont talk to a customer about a problem and hides 3 feet away behind a door to talk to the incompentant cashier. I can only hope this sesspool of a government agency finally runs out of money someday. We can only wish its sooner rather than later. Avoid this place like the plague

This location is a total nightmare, parking is a total ridiculous bizarro nightmare, how often is it even possible to use this post office? No wayfinding, nothing listed on any website, total crap shoot if you think you might MAIL A LETTER, cause it will be either closed for event or closed for random nothing, stupid tourists park in the postal spaces, cause no signs, beyond dysfunctional, this place does not work.

I recently has two completely opposite costumer experiences on the same day at this Post Office. One of the employees redirected through the line, three different times, rather than coaching me through the proper procedures. Another employees witnessed this interaction and helped me get my international package sent with out hesitation.

Long lines around rush hour like any place. They have about 5 cash registers but never more than two people working. Expect this weird women who stands in front of the automated stamp machine and tries to get you to use it. Her job could be replaced by a sign. Really weird place.

I use this post office regularly and find that the staff is pleasant, the surroundings are beautiful, and the lines to be just like anywhere else. Also, there are designated USPS spots for people that just need to run in for the post office that are free. :)

This is the USPS site I generally use for packages and business mail. Their hours are longer, they have someone helping with the machine and they are always helpful. Occasionally there is a line, but I usually go during off peak times, I guess.

I love the post office. This location had some pretty lazy people. I would go t another branch. I havent been back to this branch in 10 years. That is how bad they ticked me off. Pure lazy!!!

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Bring an extra $2 for parking. Have fun standing in line while three people "on break" tell you to get in line for the one cashier working.
