There are no words to describe my experience with this Post Office. Nothing resembling service, clerks who are not informed on the simplest rules, indifference to special circumstances, phone support that is a joke (whenever someone answers that is) etc. and constantly telling me to check their seldom correct website. I have a home based business and despite putting a mail tub on my porch each day with a sign asking them to take the mail, and another one on my mail slot asking them to not forget to take my tub, I go days with no pick up despite delivery. Ive even watched the carrier step over my tub to continue their route. When I call to point all of this out all I get is a sorry and it wont happen again. Until the next time that is. Ten years of this, while spending around $10,000 a year on postage. I have two friends who are postal workers in other cities who say this is not uncommon and how carriers show contempt for their boss and the conditions they have to work under. Why should the paying customer have to bear the brunt of this animosity? I wish I could run my business like this and still have one at the end of the day. I also wish there was a way to leave no stars.

By far the worst USPS I have ever dealt with. We do a significant amount of business with USPS, regularly shipping 2 or three priority packages a day and an Express Priority package a couple of times each week. The employees here couldnt care less about having or maintaining a friendly, professional, or even workable relationship with their customers. They never have enough people to receive customers, they receive mail early in the day that often doesnt go out even that night. At least 10 minutes before closing they lock the doors and make no exceptions to allowing an additional customer, so the right at closing time they are turning off the lights and gone, regardless of work still to be done. And you can NEVER, and I mean NEVER get a hold of them on the phone. Theyve NEVER, NOT ONCE answered it in the 3+ years Ive tried calling when something is important. You always get sent to a voicemail that informs you there box is full, and probably has been since the invention of electronic voicemail. Everyone there acks like youre inconveniencing them every time you come in to do something they consider well outside of their jobs responsibilities, like mailing a package.

One of the employees embarrassed me so bad I walked out crying. I mean he was talking to me like I was an idiot in front of about 10 other people. I felt sick. I did not understand what box I needed to get for a book I was returning. So Im finally at the desk and he said to go pick one out of the shop. So I grabbed one that was big enough and got back in a line thats even longer than before now. He called me out again and told me no I cant use priority shipping, so to grab a shipping bag. So I did, again he says thats the wrong one. Then why dont you get out here and help me?! At that point I was in the shop getting a bag and starting to cry. I turn around and he was gone! And now 2 other people had walked in after me and were getting helped first! Thank you for humiliating me like that sir. I put the bag and tape down and left. I am not going to be treated like that! Oh and P.S. he was tossing peoples packages into a sorting box-literally tossing then aside like they were nothing. So if you get a crappy package you now know why...

I honestly hate leaving negative feedback for anything, but I have only lived in this USPSs district since July, and they have "misdelivered" multiple packages with nothing but a "all we can say is that it wasnt delivered to you" as an explanation with no additional follow up, despite my literal hours waiting in store for someone to fix what had happened (they never did). When they do find me and dont leave it at the door, I almost never get "delivery attempted" paper left, and good luck trying to contact this branch. When calling, their mailbox is full (ironic) with no routing to another phone, and I once called 37 times in a row before finally getting an answer. Something needs to be done here, because Im tired of wondering if my packages will actually find their way to me, or having to carve out an afternoon to wait in line while one person works the front. On a positive note, you do have a couple very friendly and helpful employees. Overall, however, this branch is terrible.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Went in to pick up a package that the driver couldnt deliver because they didnt know they could leave it at my apartments leasing office and the person at the desk just said "pick it up next week, sorry." Really? Thats how you treat your customers? You make no effort to fix the problem? My dog gives better service. Being the stubborn person that I am I decided to wait a little bit and go back and try again. This time she glared at me as I walked up to the counter then I proceeded to say I was just in a little bit ago and so she went to check for my package, as it so happens my package got thrown in the return to sender box and she said they threw it in there and I replied by saying you were gonna send it back to the sender just because you couldnt have sent it my leasing office? She said uh yeah! The usps is abhorrent and pathetic with the amount of incompetent and inept employees.

I live in am apartment so my mail is in a locked outdoor box. Whomever the postal carrier was today was a genius. They CRAMMED a box inside and then shut the outer door. Therefore I could not get my package out. There are several boxes next to our mail boxes that the postal person could have left the package in and put only the key in my mailbox. Apparently that would have been too easy and the right thing to do. I have complained about this post office before but the manager really doesnt give a rats @$$. What is even more messed up is that another Tennant was getting her mail at the same time and just so happened to have the same size box CRAMMED in to her mailbox. It was from a different company but crazy thatwe were at the mailbox at the same time with the same issue. REALLY? would it have been that hard to deliver the mail appropriately? I had a crappy Monday also but I still did my job correctly. UGH!

Horrible customer service. Requested a lock change on my apartment mailbox - I was advised it would be within a week. I came back the following week to check and was told the request was never sent through, or lost. I asked what I needed to do get this changed out ASAP and they advised I would have to call back and talk to the supervisor when they were in to check on these type of lock change requests? ...but heres where it gets better - I was told that the supervisor was never in and that my only option was to call her office multiple times through-out the day and just try to "catch her" and that if i left a voice-mail it would not be returned since they never checked them?...what? Awkwardly I walked away with no resolution as the lady behind the counter could not offer ANY advice/assistance at all past this. Horrendous customer service. Stick to carrier pigeons/Fed-Ex/UPS.
