This is the most abysmal service I have had in the 63 years Ive lived here. At least 1/3 of my mail is delivered to other people. Packages are sometimes delivered blocks away. Ive had total strangers show up at my door with my mail that they received in error. I have to retrieve many of my deliveries from my next door neighbor. The mail arrives at erratic times and sometimes we dont even get mail on this street. We have a new mail person at least every other day. I do business from my home and people send me checks in the mail. I have to call them to see if they sent in their payment, which is embarrassing for all. Who can you trust if not the US Post Office. If I could give zero stars, I would. I dont know what is going on, but it has to stop now!!!

Mike Austin the branch manager at this usps location has been seen looking at child pornography on his personal Cel phone- when confronted he offered money to keep my mouth shut. He has been seen on multiple occasions staring at womens breast and if you catch yourself being helped by him he is sure to ALWAYS make a sexual remark. Ive anonymously reported it on multiple occasions and til this Day Im shocked that this African American man still works here.

Awful customer service. One person was working counter and when a lined of 8 formed and the customer at counter had 30 certified letters (taking a minute each)no one came out to assist. I left after 15 minutes of waiting as patiently as I could. Will go elsewhere next time as the line is always super long every time I visit here. Hire more help

Absolutely Amazing Service. My post office mislabeled an important letter that we were express mailing to Kansas. They held onto the package and when I called in because no one knew where it was, they were so helpful getting the address fixed so it can be delivered tomorrow. So happy. Wish I lived in Kansas.

Best post office in Johnson County, wish it was my local Post Office. I was trying to get ahold of the Antioch Branch, but they had their phones off the hook at 9:00 am on a Thursday. This was the only branch that would answer the phone and to top it off the gentleman was very courtesy.

Had to get a passport and Mr. Happy (not sure if it his real name, but definitely fit!) was extraordinarily nice. He help my fiancé and i through the process and made the process very enjoyable. He even noticed we were getting married and informed the policy on name changes.

Fair. Usually OK when you go in, but they struggle with delivering mail to the correct house when a substitute carrier is working. Have dealt with this for 3 years and its never been dealt with.

whoever passed the law that said goverment employees could not be fired should be fired along with the staff at this post office outlet. They could not care any less about you !

Clean facility. Some staff are friendly others less so. Usually lines whenever I go inside to make a transaction at the counter.
