Dont bother calling, it is nothing but a busy signal all day long. The hours are awful! If you live in the Gilmer area but dont work there, you will have to either go in late or take off early to be there some time Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30 with an hour off for lunch. I only gave them one star because I cant give them negative stars.

First off the mail lady did not leave a card in the mailbox stating that my package was at the post office. Was told I have to be the one to pick it up but Im at work all day so tried calling them to authorize someone else to pick it up but never got an answer after 12 times. Very unhappy with their customer service

They are incredibly rude and unfriendly. I was alsp severly overcharged gor a package that weighed less than 1 pound (37 dollars). I hate this place.
