This location is by far the best location in comparison to the Westport post office. The service is much much faster, you are actually greeted and treated respectably as a customer, and you dont have to stand in line for over 45 minutes just to drop off a package thats already been paid for. I really hope this location doesnt close for good because we will be left with nothing but horrid service at Westport.

Same lady is always there and is blantitly rude and could care less about helping you. I was there recently at 1:25 and they close at 1:30. She refused to process my prepaid label when there was no line, because she wanted to close early. Manager was just a rude but luckily processed the prepaid label. AVOID AT ALL COST, brookside or westport post office will treat you significantly better.

Brittany is absolutely amazing and pleasant to work with. She told me most of the time she is the only one working at the office but she does it with a smile and is happy to help with any request. I had a complicated tracking number lookup, but she patiently stayed on the phone with me for more than a half hour to find it.

Thierry is such a pleasant person! She knows what shes talking about and knows what shes doing and shes very helpful and sweet. I always get good service when I go here and never had a problem. The upkeep is also clean and good conditions.
