I have reported this location to the local news stations of that area, I hope they pick up the story of the racism & customers being denied services & not being helped. This has got to stop!! Today is 7-20-16 around 2:30 I called the office a white lady answered the phone, I asked her politely to help me find my package I have the tracking number as information was not available online... She rudely said she could not help me, I asked her why, she couldnt give a reason to why. I told begged atleast 5 times her to please atleast type my tracking number to see if she get any information on the package is very exspensive.. She slapped the phone down in my face as I was talking to to her. I dont know if she was having a bad day or refused to help me because I am African American as I clearly gave her my name many times. This women completely refused to help me & didnt give a reason why instead slammed the phone in my face. I called back many rime, she will not answer. How and where can I get the proper help I need, please someone please help me or give me information on where I can file a complaint against this post office it is the only one available to call in that area. I live in another state so its not convenient for me to just ride up there.

Wednesday February 8th 12pm spoke with someone about the official government mail from the City of Baytown and ask about the delivery times. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude would not tell me her name and spoke down to me in a very condescending manner I will be by there soon to speak to supervisor about how they treat residence. This is my first experience speaking with someone at this location and I cant believe the heighten aggression in which I was addressed, it took 10 seconds before I was hung up on and I could not get some one to pick up the phone after so she must be the only one there. I have family in the postal service for 20 yrs and I find this to be unacceptable.

Called location they answered they phone then said " Thank you for calling US postal service I have four people in line in front of me could you please hold" before I could even answer I was placed on hold. All I had was a quick question. Wow. 5/5/2017 2:45pm. Wanted to ship with US post office rather than give money to UPS but they made my decision for me. Thanks US post office I tried.

This happened on June 8, 2016 at 3pm. Not the name of the woman who treated so badly but it is an old woman but was quite rude, arrogant and felt racism on their part. I cry so ugly. Im reading the comments I hope to do something that seems Im not alone. this person should not be in an area where good treatment should have contact with people. Can not do their job.

I just wish theyd fix the flagpole, its really a disgrace to have it rusting away like that with no flag on it. Other than that, cant say anything bad about them! Still in the same location and building since 1936!
