The lady doing the passports (Addy) was rude, cut off is 3pm and she turned people away at 2pm on 9/21/16. She ignored one Hispanic guy that was filling out his paperwork while she was passing out the last ticket numbers, I tried to tell her he was here, she told him if he wanted to fight with one of us to give up our tickets thats up to you guys. She actually told us to fight it out, I couldnt believe it. While I was waiting I watched Catherine be rude to another Hispanic lady, she was trying to send a flat rate box for $17 or so, but it was bulging a little, instead of telling her to rearrange the items she was trying to charge her double the price about $36 or so, the lady didnt speak English so I assisted her, I asked for another box and told her to pack it better and to make sure theres no bulges. I observed all of this while my fiance was submitting her documents for her passport. Not sure why they have these older, tired of life women, that do not speak Spanish, in a Hispanic neighborhood, just doesnt make sense. Why do they always have bad attitudes? As Im writing this Im observing Catherine be extra nice to this young girl, the girl speaks perfect English and is well dressed like she works at a law firm, guess which race? Lol... Unbelievable. Its unbelievable how they treat Hispanics here.

Please dont go to this post office if you are applying for a passport. I needed to renew my sons passport and the post offices right by my house were not accepting passport applications, so I drove about 30 mins to this post office in early afternoon. As other people here have mentioned, a lady at this post office told me that they only take 20 people a day for passport and I have to be there at 10am to get tickets, which wasnt mentioned anywhere on the website. So a couple of weeks later, we drove to this location again and got there a few minutes past 10am. I saw less than 20 people waiting so i thought we would be able to apply that day. But a lady that does passport applications simply told me that she wouldnt do ours that day. I asked her if there have been already 20 people that got tickets, and she just rudely told me that she is only taking 10 people a day that week. Is it ok to change a rule (or whatever it is) often? I was just shocked how rude and unprofessional this person was. After that, we went to other post office nearby (the one on Allen Genoa Rd) hoping they would accept our application and in fact, they had no rule like the Pasadena office has and we were able to apply. I wished we would have gone to this Allen Genoa location in the first place.

this is a horrible usps office, their supervisor is no help at all!, they have lost; well.. stolen is my best bet, last year i ordered some cellphones 2 of those iphones, i waited anxiously at my house on the delivery date, just to check that my iphone has been delivered successfully when i didnt recieved a single package that day. i complaint for months called every number they gave me for customer support, supervisor was very rude, the mail lady that delivered that day claimed she delivered the phones, i requested a meeting to speak to that lady cause she claims she delivered the phones right at very hands(there was no one else at my house that day) i know she stole them if she had really delivered them like she claimed she would of shown her face, and i tought opening mail from other people is against the law.... 5phones and 2 watches stolen. their insurance doesnt work at all. they always find a way to work you around it, no suprise they almost went bankrupt, maybe is just this office and their workers, but after this incident i never use their services anymore. i rather pay 20-30bucks on UPS than to loose my packages and having to pay all over again for them.

Customer service is the absolute worst! Never have I met so many rude and unhelpful postal workers in all my life. I have tried to get my sons passport paperwork sent off 2 times with no success. The website says open 10-3; however, we arrived at 2:40 and were told that the papers have to be sent off by 3. We just went back for the second time at 12:30 and the employee treated my husband like an idiot because he didnt take a number. There were no signs to inform us to take a number and only 2 other people in front of us. She said they already handed out the numbers for the day. I told her that this was the second time we had tried to take care of this and she said "then someone would have told you to get here at 10." No one told us. No one helped even the slightest. I told her they did a very poor job with customer service and she said that they get great reviews. I am not sure where she is seeing these great reviews because honestly this post office is the worst!

If I could give the passport section of this office a -5 stars I would. I called ahead of time to make sure I could make it in on time and they said as long as I was there before 2:15 I would be fine granted they still had numbers. (They had only given out 8) so I show up 55 minutes later and they only had 3 people there and the lady VERY rudely tells me she cant take us because they wont be able to close at 3pm... well Im sorry but its first come first serve until 3.... not until you estimate how long its gonna take you by 3. We took off half the day to take care of this and she couldnt help us. That was her answer over and over. So I called the South Houston office and they said we could go thankfully. We showed up and 15 minutes later, we were out. They were very quick and friendly. Not at all rushed to get out or in a bad mood like the employees at Pasadena....

I have packages show as delivered online but I get them from post office 2-3 days later. They also claim to leave notifications for package pick up and they dont. Two days ago I got "this is a final notice" orange slip. I had not received any thing before. And I had actually called the sender a week after he told me he had sent a certified letter. Told him to just print me the packet again and that I would pick it up. I picked up that day. That was a month ago and I am barely getting this notice. By the way the senders office is literally 6 blocks away. Once I was also told my address was not registered with the office and that that was the reason I did not get my packages. But I been living there for years and all off a sudden they come up with this.

It is a terrible post office. The employees are very rude..I have gone twice to complain about the mail carriers because they have threatened my dogs with some papers in a way that causes them to be riled up. It happened on Saturday May 21, 2016. I could not see the manager this Monday, but I was attended by a lady who denied everything despite the fact that she wasnt there so she wouldnt have any way of verifying that. Additionally, last year a mail carrier used pepper spray against my dogs, which was highly uncalled for seeing as how there is a 6 foot fence surrounding my property so their life was no where near danger. I am very displeased at the the employees lack of professionalism and services.
